First the dealership had the best inventory around. They give you no sales pressure. Good group of sales guys. The only comment is that the salesmen should know the difference between the LT & LTZ when I asked I might have gone for the LTZ. What should have happened as did when i posed the question to Mr. Mike Falzone. Before I had time to finish, Mr. Falzone got right on the phone and asked a technician and got the correct answer. Had I known better I would have asked him originally. Mr. Falzone knows what he knows and does it well. He gets an answer if he does not have one, in no time at all. Thats the way to great customer service.
