    We came to sign a lease and suddnely the terms completely changed !!! the car that we discussed "suddnely " sold " and the same car to get is $50 extra every month !!! just doest seem reliable !!! they get you excited with a lowball price and once it get serious they start to come up with stories and bump up the price !!! awfull customer service !!! even the mangager admits that the car were never be able the price the sale manger qouted !!! this is not how you are doing buisness !!!

    This was my first visit to DCH Paramus Honda and the fact that Hamad D.was our salesman probably sealed the deal. There was not a question he could not answer about the CR-V so it made the whole process easy and smooth. Since we were allowed all the time we needed to make our final decision we are comfortable it was the right one. I also appreciated the time Hamad took to go over everything about the vehicle when we picked it up. It was really helpful and it is nice to know they will be available if any questions should arise.

  • Very BAD auto service

    Horrible service! I spent almost $5000 to fix my Honda Pilot and still they did very lousy job. Most problems in the car they cannot figure it out at first time. For same issue you have to go there multiple times. Don't be so happy to see nice new looking building and interior. Service is not good at all at this Paramus Honda center. Don't waste your time and money for this place. In last three months I had to visist this place for four times and everytime they find different problems in the car and keep charging.

    Ask for Kelvin. Very helpful but not pushy. Went out of his way to show us what we wanted. First time there and I would go back.

    price on the cars are different than the website,the manager took enough money off the sticker to match web. thought he was cutting me a break, looks and sounds like he lied. desperate for a sell???

    We got there for our first service. The guy outside (speaks broken English- Spanish speaking) takes my car and gives me the ticket. He tells me to sit in the waiting room. I sit there for 30 minutes and got up to inquire about the progress. They never touched my vehicle and they told me I was suppose to go to customer service. I wasted my whole 30-40 minutes doing nothing. They are not even courteous instead they started blaming me for not looking at written sign before entering the service station. I think because of the success of Honda vehicle sales, they have become so arrogant. Stay away if you can from this service station.

  • Best Honda Dealership around

    Guys i have been dealing with DCH for the past 7 years, i have done my homework and priced Hondas out all over the tri-state area, these guys always have the best prices. Not only do they have great pricing but they are professional, the process is always quick and painless. Do yourself a favor, if you want to buy a Honda go right to DCH in Paramus. I personally dealt with Gareth, great, honest and always willing to work with you. I always check other places out but always know i will end up at DCH because i get the best price and can trust them.

    DCH Paramus Honda says it prides itself on excellence. They deliver. My experience leasing a car with them was professional, courteous and helpful. The sales person we worked with was very knowledgeable and treated us with respect while catering to our wants and needs. The management was friendly and professional, and we ended up with a more than fair deal. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to seriously consider DCH Paramus Honda.

    This was the nearest dealer and thought let me go there to buy my new Honda odyssey. First of all, we waited for 45 minutes and the guy kept blowing us off. They gave me internet pricing but they did not want to honor that. They gave me the price that was $ 500.00 more then internet price. They kept saying this is the car in so much demand, you have to bid on it. After the manager arrives and the things are worse. I walked out and went home. After few days, my wife really wanted the color they had, I thought I will give $500.00 more and buy the car. I called the sales guy again and now he says the price went up and it is $1000.00 more. They are very bad and stay away from them. I reported them. I can not believe few people gave them 5 stars.

    our salesman,Mark,took the time to answer all of our questions after we test drove our crv He offered us coffee several times while we waited to do paperwork,have the vehicle detailed for delivery and such...He also bent over backwards to get us the payment we were at ease with!!!! Highly recommed this place and Mark in particular !!! Would we go back there again......YESSSSSS !!!

  • Unprofessional sales using bait and switch

    They do not even deserve the 1 star rating, it was a mandatory field! We called in the morning for a new 2013 Honda pilot and spoke to a sales person and negotiated an ALL cash deal. He promised us that the car we negotiated would be at the dealership so we called our insurance company to add the car onto our policy, went to the bank to get a cashier's check, and then went to brooklyn to pick up a secondary driver to help us drive the car back from the dealership. This whole process took up most of our day and when we got to the dealership in the late afternoon, the salesman tells us that 'sorry, he can't honor the price'. This is after we confirmed again and again that this was a done deal. However, he then told us that he could give it to us if we choose to finance the car! He wasted our entire day and then had the audacity to suggest that we finance the car so that he could get commission from it! He tells us that financing wouldn't cost us any extra money and we would pay it off in 1 month! We did not go through with the sale because we did not want to give our money to such an unprofessional business. To think that this dealership can still be in business when they use such disgusting business practices where they do not honor their words and basically pushes their customers into a corner so the salesman can get a little commission. They basically forfeited an ALL cash deal for a new car in exchange for us to do a $900 finance package! At this point, we would rather pay a higher price for the same car at a different dealership than give our business to DCH Paramus Honda!

    Alex B. was my salesman at DCH Paramus Honda. Alex was more then a salesman - he showed concern for my needs and a willingness to work with me to process the sale of the CRV in the quickly so that I could return my rental car and pick my daughter from school in record time. Theresa and Hetty were also a great help in answering questions and offering their knowledge.

  • Good Managerial Attitude

    After explaining the service manager about my last visit and my experience he was agreed to fix my car air condition with free of charge as a courtesy since I spent almost $5000 to fix my vehicle within last couple of months for A/C and other issues. However, since they are the expert of the Honda vehicles they should find out the problem at first time they diagnose it and need to bring it to customer’s attention if more repairs needed and in this case they did not. I was also told by the service manager that there is no warranty they can give which they doing it for me now as a courtesy and it may have broken down again (not sure) after 4/5 months. Since they taken care my A/C problem for now I am giving three star rating and look forward to see how long it works !

    I leased my 2009 Accord from DCH Paramus Honda and John Medrano was my sales consultant. When my lease was up, I went back to Paramus Honda and did another deal with John for a 2012 Accord, which I drove out of the dealership 5 hours later. John is an exceptional salesman - he really worked hard to get me the best price possible and I highly recommend him if you are in the market for a Honda.

    It was a pleasure getting our new 2014 Odyssey from DCH Honda in Paramus. DCH came in with the best price up front through the Costco auto program, and simply would not be undersold by other dealerships. Theresa, Anwar, and the team at DCH were professional, and the purchasing and financing process went smoothly. It was worth our while to travel the extra distance to use DCH. We are enjoying the Odyssey and we hope to use you again in the future.
