DCH Paramus Honda

We recently leased a 2008 Honda Oddessey. Johnathan Guttierez was our salesman. From the minute I met him I liked him - he was prompt, courteous, efficent with our time. He was knowledgeable about the car and knew his way around the experience. When it came time to pick colors he drove our family out to the lot to see the cars in person. He delivered the car well and we had a very pleasant experience. I still cringe when the F&I guys try to throw in things you dont want. It almost made me want to walk out because I was promised "no suprises". I know this is how dealers drive profit but it makes me crazy. Thats about it Rich
