DCH Paramus Honda

Overall, my experience with DCH Paramus Honda was a GREAT one! Staff were extremely patient, friendly, helpful, and willing to meet the needs of their customer. I was approached soon upon entering the deaIership by Eddie Santiago, and was able to test drive the 2008 Honda CRV within 5 mins thereafter. They took all my wants into consideration and was willing to work with me regarding the financing aspects. DCH Paramus Honda was able and willing to locate and bring back the exact car, color and make I wanted. Even when given my situation, they were able to hold the car for me until i came up with my complete down payment without any issues. When i came back few days later, Eddie Santiago went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction and a happy customer. He was able to ensure that I would be able to leave with my car that day, and even helped me with the insurance set up. I love my new CRV, and couldn't have asked for better service.
