    I call DCH Paramus Honda at 6:30 PM on Monday November 25, 2014. I gave Hamad my wish list to buy a Honda Accord. He called back 15 minutes later with the car I had requested, gave me the price, and explained the financing special. AT 7:30 PM the car was being prepared for delivery and we where on our way to the dealer. Upon arrival at 8:10 PM we were warmly greeted at the reception area and introduced to Hamad....it was like we were old friends. The paperwork process was a breeze as Hamad skillfully filled out the computerized forms as we chatted. Our insurance company was called and the temporary insurance card was arranged and e-mailed right to Hamad's desk computer. As soon as the last character was typed like magic Mike Ehirim appeared and took us to the financing office where he expertly explained the financing process and our extended warranty options. At 9:15 PM Hamad handed us the key to our new Accord and insisted, even know the dealer was officially closed and he had been there since 9:00 AM that morning, to go over every option in the car until he was satisfied that we knew the value we had purchased. He even paired the cell phones and showed us how to reset the tire pressure sensor. I am so please we chose DCH Paramus Honda along with it's courteous employees and wonderful sales staff. Hamad made this my best car buying experience ever. He has superior product knowledge and is genuinely interested in providing a SUPER experience for his customers. At 10:00 PM I had to kick him out of the car and tell him to go home and remember about "Work Life Balance" ! If you need a new car please go to DCH Paramus Honda ask for Hamad and Mike and a great car buying experience.

    Thank you to DCH Honda especially my salesman Hamad Deeb !!! He was up front with everything and we basically did the deal over the phone! A straight forward stand up guy which unfortunately you don't find all too often when buying/leasing a car. The lease price was $50/month lower than a dealership 2 miles from my house . A dealership I leased my last 2 vehicles from. So I changed dealers now and will not consider anyone else but DCH. A painless process. Go there and ask for Hamad !!!

    A man of my caution and experience knows: It is next to impossible to find genuine integrity in an automobile dealership. I have been in retail and rental realty for over 40 years. Nothing gets by me. That is why for two months, over the entire tri-state area, I shopped four vehicle brands, including six Honda Dealerships for a new vehicle, almost giving up. (I know and demand a great value and price.) I was impressed with DCH Paramus Honda enough to return several times, but not sold. Other dealers said that I was being tricked. That, the deal was too good to be true. THE DEAL was not only real, but changed my belief that all car salesman, and dealers could not be trusted. What makes DCH Paramus Honda different, is not only the selection, service, and the unbeatable prices, but their staff! DCH Paramus Honda is made up of sincere honest people; like, Kadir Karagoz, senior sales consultant. . He deserves National Recognition. I have met a lot of sales representatives in my 45 years of auto and general product purchases, but this man is more. He is a true human being and a tribute to everything America has to offer in the way of automobiles. He provided me the best customer service, and satisfaction I have experienced. thanks Hamad Deeb for your understanding.     I had an excellent experience at this dealer and Hamad Deeb was exceptional and very professional. I had originally leased a Honda Civic at another dealer and was very dissatisfied with the service I had received there. My lease was close to being up, so a friend recommended I go see Hamad to see what my options would be. Originally I had walked in to research but I walked out with a brand new 2014 civic I love!!! He gave me a deal I could not refuse and he was very considerate of my needs. He even followed up a few days later to see how I was loving the car and if I had any questions about the vehicle. If you are looking for someone that will listen and work with you Hamad is your guy. I recommend him to everyone. I will surely be back. Thank you

    I came out from a dealership of a company which I do not want to mention very sad and vowed not to buy from dealership. how the salesman and finance manager dealt with me gave me bad impression about dealership. however my visit to DCH Paramus Honda brought happiness to my family. Jenssy Diaz, the salesman was on top of his job. he took me through very open and transparent process. finally, I came out as a satisfied and a happy man with a brand new Honda CR-V 2014. I am referring a friend to this dealership anytime next week. Thanks to DCH Paramus Honda.

    Just wanted to say that I had a great experience with Alex Bernabe my salesperson at DCH Paramus Honda when I purchased my Pilot Touring. When I went to him I still had 3 months left on my Infiniti G37 and he was able to roll it in no cost to me. He was very helpful and I really appreciate how easy the whole process was. Alex was warm, friendly and calm and made me feel very comfortable from the start. He gave me the best prices even after I brought quotes from other dealers. He went over the benefits of the upgrades I wanted and even double check if I even needed them. His honesty, knowledge and best price sealed the deal for me. Afterwards he took his time going over all the electronics on the car as well as followed up a few days later to see if I had any further questions. I was so impressed that I went back to him and gave me the same service and price when I purchased an Accord for my husband. DCH definitely trains and hires the right people and I wouldn't go anywhere else for a Honda.

    I just bought a certified 2011 Honda Odyssey. My sales associate (client advisor) was Elana Zvanets. She was very friendly and very helpful person. She knows her job pretty well. It was a pleasure to do business with her. The best part was test drive. She did not rush like other sales people do. I could go for long drive to get a feel for the car. And actually I did two test drives in one day and ended up with buying a min van. My wife was impressed that Elana was not pushy. We enjoy no pressure sale atmosphere that Elana had created. I would highly recommend her to anybody who wants to buy a car. Jacek

    Folks in NJ wanting to Lease a Honda Pilot EX L AWD 2014 I just want to express my recent lease experience at BOTH NJ dealerships yesterday Honda of Tenafly and DCH Paramus Honda Briefly, I received an 'exclusive invite' (LOL) mailer from Honda of Tenafly to come down between the hours of 9am and 11am to discuss options of getting out of your previous Honda lease 3 mos early. I bit and went down to hear their offer..... To make a long story short, the deal they offered me was to take me out of my 2012 EX L AWD Pilot Lease and put me in a 2014 EX L AWD (same 15k /per yr mileage) for between $1600-1700 down payment and $469 mthly payments (tax incl) Basically, I got up and was about to walk out when they offered that the manager can maybe go down to about $435 mthly payments with the same dwn payment. I took the sales reps card and said...Ill keep it in mind. Not thinking this was any kind of deal whatsoever....I considered just keeping my lease for the last 3 months. But I decided to give my old friends at DCH Paramus a call for the hell-of-it just to see what they could do. I spoke with the Sales Manager over the phone, Shadi, and told him that my goal was to get into a new 2014 EX -L AWD lease (same as my old 2012) and continue the same monthly payments if possible with nothing down......I was pleasantly surprised when he worked with me on the numbers over the phone and was able to come very close. I drove down to DCH Paramus Honda and wound up signing the new lease for the following: 2014 AWD EX L Gunmetal Grey with/ Black Leather $423 mnth (tax incl) $0 money down Payed first month payment of $423 (35 payments remaining) 15K miles per year The existing 2012 AWD EX L lease that I turned in had 41k miles on it, a completely shattered windshield that needs to be fully replaced. Dings and some quarter panel repainting work from a fender bender. 2 Bald front tires and front brake replacement that is required. Plus I had 3 months still remaining on the lease that was completely absorbed in the above trade in deal. I have to say I was quite impressed what Shadi, Sales Manager, and Josh, the salesmen, were able to easily do with me with no haggling whatsoever! While Honda of Tenafly wasnt even close to this deal and told me to buy 2 of them at that price when I told them that was the offer I was going to get from Paramus......I just wanted to share this with anyone who may be interested in the NJ area of getting a Honda Pilot. Hopefully this helps you out

    I expected traditional dealer when I walked into DCH Paramus. I was well prepared and prepared to use negotiation techniques I learned from Internet. However, I suddenly found I do not need to these techniques. Salesman, Paul P, is very nice and friendly. And help me consider all I need to think about in a deal. He helped me to get a very competitive price for the new car I am going to purchase and old car to trade-in. No pushy and honest. I found I do not need to negotiate anymore. The only problem is the DCH paramuch does not provide loaner car during repair and this is really my concern due to my bad experience on my last car repairing without loaner car. Finally, I decided to purchase somewhere else due to this reason. This is definitely not Paul's fault. If DCH paramus can find a way to fix this issue. I definitely will purchase my next car there due to its amenable purchasing process and Internet friendly sales.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, customer service, dedication and consideration of the sales team. I felt completely at ease when trading in my car and knew that my best interest was considered throughout the whole process which speaks volumes about your emphasis in customer loyalty. My overall experience with your dealership was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend DHC Paramus Honda to my friends and family who's ready for a wonderful car shopping experience.

    This has been the ABSOLUTE WORST buying experience for me. Long story short, I went in to speak to someone about leasing a Civic, a guy named CJ tries to give me the run-around and pull a fast one on me, all the while raising his voice. Fuming, of course I'm going to write a review to warn others. And of course, Mike (who calls himself a general manager) doesn't want the word to get out and gets me to come back in to make a deal. I give Mike the benefit of the doubt, and after having taken the contract home (not yet signed), I notice that he's trying to get me to pay the document and registration fees TWICE. Because I want to sign and drive without paying a down payment, he's ADDING the document and registration fees into the SELLING PRICE of the car. BUT on top of that he expects me to pay the $484 of fees again over the term of 36 months. When I called him out on it, he sat there yelling into the phone telling me that IM WRONG, saying it OVER, and OVER again. He either really doesn't know the numbers behind his job (HE'S INCOMPETENT) or he's a real [violative content deleted], giving a bad rep to all dealerships. And they call themselves a business that "prides themselves of excellence". Do yourself a favor and go to an honest and sincere dealership and salesman. You don't need to put up with people pulling your strings by tricking you into thinking you're getting a good price on a car and adding it back up by trying to hide fees into your contract. Yes, they're a big dealership, so yes, they can save you what seems to be a lot of money. But trust me, after having worked with DC Honda of Tenafly, they're only saving you around $15 after all the hidden costs and fees they put into your document. I feel bad for Joe, he seemed like a decent guy and I wanted to give him this sale. Unfortunately Mike didn't care about Joe and his commission. I've been going through nothing but BS for the past two weeks- save yourselves the agony and drive the couple extra miles and go to a trustworthy dealership. This goes without saying, but PEOPLE- DO YOUR RESEARCH! The positive reviews here are obviously posted by those who DIDN'T do their research, or who got cajoled by the "GENERAL MANAGER" to come back in so he can find a way to trick you into writing a good review. DONT FALL FOR IT- I DID!

    I had an excellent experience here. I asked for a price over the phone, they gave me an excellent quote with full disclosure of any fees they charged, and there were no surprises when I went to pick up the car. Also have good inventory which you can check online.

    After took an appointment with Andy Kato who is most notorious car sales person, I visited DCH Honda to buy a new car , But his attitude is very bad and terrible. crasy salesman. He mentioned that I can not quote today . If you decide to buy a new car , I prepare document . In other word , no price negotiation , He mentioned that the customer must agree without price negotiation.(accept suggested price) It is terrible , ridicurous. I visited another HONDA dealer , A sales person is very gentle ,kind , sincerity, and making every effort to make a contract. I am satisfied with price , customer support , attitude etc. After 2 months, Our company announced to every employee to prohibited (avoid as much as possible) to deal with DCH HONDA , Especially Andy Kato.

    I had a really awful experience with these people. After 2 hours of negotiation on a lease, I signed a new vehicle order with the appropriate terms listed--$500 deposit, amount per month, mileage, etc. I had to go to work so I was told to come back in a few days, the next time the salesman was working. Well that day, I called the finance dept. to see if I could review a copy of the lease before coming in and he told me I did not qualify for the terms we had agreed on and for which I had left the $500 deposit. I told them the deal was off and am now waiting for my $500 deposit back. The whole thing was odd since my credit was checked last week and it was over 700. The dealer claims it's under 700 and so I didn't qualify. So why did they take a $500 deposit for this. They tell me it may take a week to get my money back. I think I'll be lucky if I ever see it. Plus, the salesperson was [violative content deleted] and argued with the first salesman I found, claiming he got me first on the internet, based on an email inquiry of mine. Hope to get my money back.

    I had read these reviews and decided it was worth it to drive an extra hour to get the quality service. I was looking to buy a new Honda Civic. I called the night before to schedule an appt, but they told to just show up. When I got there, the receptionist didn't even acknowledge me until I asked several times for help. When she finally came to me, she told me it was busy, and to sit and wait. I sat down and waited. After 45 minutes I just left. obody approached me, people who came after me got seen first. I left my contact info so they could call me, and nobody did. They act as if they sell so many cars they don't care if they sell any more. Such blatant disrespect. Appalling service, I urge you to look elsewhere.

    Don't buy from DCH Paramus.I have had 8 problems from day-1 form purchase but they have not been treating me at all. Mr.Kato salesman has been very rude, not helpful, lack of knowledge on Honda cars, lots of mistake on paperworks. General Sales Manager Mr.Mike Porreca never called me to follow-up my issues.

    DCH Honda made purchasing my new 2008 Honda CRV EX-L incredibly painless. Other dealers and dealerships I visited in my search for a new vehicle were not as friendly or professional, hence my decision to go with DCH Honda. Due to the fact that DCH has a huge inventory, we found less resistance to negotiating on price. Other dealers had laughed in our faces telling us we would never pay less than the MSRP. My sales consultant was fantastic and it was truly a pleasure doing business with him. Further, as soon as the paperwork was all done, my sales consultant didn't drop the ball. He was very meticulous in making sure everything with my new vehicle was perfect.
