DCH Paramus Honda

My review is in my dealing with Elana Zvanets !!! OK is here my story and suggestion for buying a car from DCH Honda in Paramus. First and foremost I hate shopping for cars. With that said I will give you my story in hopes that it helps you. I had no choice but to buy a car as my VW was on her death bed. Anyway I search there website and came up with four cars I was interested in. I was interested in a Honda Certified car. I reached to them via the web where William Pichardo replied back to me. I asked him to confirm that the four cars were still in the lot. A lot time the cars on the web are not in the lot. I really did not want to waste my time. He confirmed and we scheduled an appointment. He was gone by the time I got there but my information was there. Like most places there about 20 sales rep hanging out in front. They reminded me of sharks waiting to attack you. I ignored all of them and went straight in and asked for Will or Jose Hernandez. At that point Elana Zvanets came out with all four keys for the four cars I was interested in. Thank god for her. Straight forward no nonsense sales person. No BS no sleazy sales gimmick, and very knowledgeable. Even if you have all your ducks in order buying a car is a long process. We were there 3.5 hours and that's with having excellent credit and one test drive. But I would not hesitate to buy another car from Elana again. Don't go there on a Saturday I went on a Monday and it was not to crowded. Anyway Elana direct # is [Contact information removed]… . Despite what you are thinking right now, NO I did not know Elana before buying a car from yesterday but I am always impressed with good customer service skills. Thank you Elana !!!
