I want to thank Elana Zvanets for getting me into the car of my dreams! She took such good care of me and even helped entertain my three year old (who was determined to run amok and be the center of attention). My transmission had died the day before, I was driving a rental and exhausted from a long, stressful week but she made the process so smooth and simple. I didn't even plan on buying a car Saturday and sort of just stopped by to look but I was genuinely delighted to go home the new owner of a 2012 Camry.
