If you're looking for a car, look no further than Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda, he is simply the best. My mom and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hamad, and we are so grateful for his exceptional service, patience, and… professionalism throughout the entire process.
From the moment we arrived, Hamad took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect car within our budget. He spent the entire day with us, walking us through every detail and test driving the car to make sure we felt comfortable and confident. He allowed us to bring in a mechanic to inspect the car, which gave us so much peace of mind. That level of transparency and care is rare to find.
On top of that, Hamad went above and beyond by helping us apply for car insurance and giving us a full tour of the car, making sure we knew exactly how everything worked before driving off the lot.

He was very professional, courteous, friendly, helpful and… knowledgeable. We felt that he and the manager worked hard to get us a good deal. Hamad worked quickly and expedited the paperwork and car trade in process. He was patient and knowledgeable when explaining things on the new cars. He helped my sister get a great deal for a 3-year lease on a 2015 Honda Civic. He was personable,… efficient, and HONEST. There was no fine print or catches to the deal. Since he was so straightforward and pleasant and I was on the market for a new car as well, I also signed a lease for the same vehicle. He honored the same deal he gave my sister. There was actually a small hiccup with the process. Someone inadvertently dinged the car that was intended for me on the morning of my pickup. Alex had the whole thing handled and a new replacement vehicle was ready for me by the time I arrived. It was truly a no-hassle experience. I really like my new car and I was very impressed with Alex's professionalism and helpfulness. I will recommend DCH Honda, and particularly, Alex Bernabe, to my friends and family in their next car buying or leasing experience. Painless process!An exellent buying experience

Not only he is polite, with sense of humor, but also has a deep knowledge of car's features; He did not try to sell us the high-end model even… we initially asked for it. Rather, he presented all the information we need to know and helped us to make a good decision. My wife and I are very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend Hamad as your choice of sales person.great service, good deal....

Although I did visit a few dealerships, due to a busy schedule most of my efforts to shop and compare were via online car reviews and… price comparisons. Of course just using this criteria, Honda stands out among it's competitors. But even when I did find time to venture to other dealerships, well let's suffice it to say that I was not impressed. With that behind me, I could not have been happier with my experience dealing with Hamad as he was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. For me Hamad managed a "sweet spot" where he took the time to explain, features etc. on the Accord as well as answering whatever questions I had, but also when things needed to get done, He got it done! I have visited many other dealerships, but Hamad was the only salesperson that made this experience stress free. He listened to all our requests and was more than happy to… work with us, and take into consideration what we wanted. I have to honestly say it was the best experience we have ever had of purchasing a new car. He was never pushy or difficult. He was always patient and eager to please. by janet70 on 04/16/2015My review is in my dealing with Elana Zvanets !!! OK is here my story and suggestion for buying a car from DCH Honda in Paramus. First and foremost I hate shopping for cars. With that said I will give you my story in hopes that it helps… you. I had no choice but to buy a car as my VW was on her death bed. Anyway I search there website and came up with four cars I was interested in. I was interested in a Honda Certified car. I reached to them via the web where William Pichardo replied back to me. I asked him to confirm that the four cars were still in the lot. A lot time the cars on the web are not in the lot. I really did not want to waste my time. He confirmed and we scheduled an appointment. He was gone by the time I got there but my information was there. Like most places there about 20 sales rep hanging out in front. They reminded me of sharks waiting to attack you. I ignored all of them and went straight in and asked for Will or Jose Hernandez. At that point Elana Zvanets came out with all four keys for the four cars I was interested in. Thank god for her. Straight forward no nonsense sales person. No BS no sleazy sales gimmick, and very knowledgeable. Even if you have all your ducks in order buying a car is a long process. We were there 3.5 hours and that's with having excellent credit and one test drive. But I would not hesitate to buy another car from Elana again. Don't go there on a Saturday I went on a Monday and it was not to crowded. Anyway Elana direct # is [Contact information removed] . She took such good care of me and even helped entertain my three year old (who was determined to run amok and be the center of attention). My transmission had died the… day before, I was driving a rental and exhausted from a long, stressful week but she made the process so smooth and simple. I didn't even plan on buying a car Saturday and sort of just stopped by to look but I was genuinely delighted to go home the new owner of a 2012 Camry. As usual he did a great job in listening to our needs and helping us decide on the right vehicle for us. No hard sell, just good advice and honest… negotiation that did not take long, which we very much appreciated, which ultimately resulted in a fair, reasonable, and affordable price. Hamad also did a great job in explaining the new changes to the model and showing us how things worked. F and I Manager John Medrano was also very helpful in explaining other details of the lease and even provided us with a complimentary tire protection. As long-time customers we appreciate the respect and service we receive from the DCH staff. The people at Paramus Honda go out of their way to be helpful. That includes everyone from the greeters to sales to finance to the service department. It is largely the reason why we keep going back.PRE-OWNED CAR
