DCH Paramus Honda

I had my 2001 Honda Civic for 11 years, it lasted me a very long time before it started giving me trouble...it was time for me to "upgrade". I decided to stick with Honda because of the overall positive experience I had with my 2001. I got the 2015 Honda Civic EX L from DCH Paramus. Everyone there was helpful and friendly, if someone saw you waiting or looking lost (no matter what position they were), they stopped to help out to even track down the person you were looking for. Jenssy was my sales rep and very friendly and helpful the entire process. You felt like you were talking to a person and not a salesman which always makes a big investment like buying a car less stressful. My mother and sister recently purchased new vehicles a week to a week and a half before I did from dealers other than Honda, and I already have my plates and registration before them, FAST!
