Written price promise not honored

I went to the dealer sonce I made a deal via email with their internet sales manager Sam Yunes. However, when I went to the dealer to buy the car, he didn't honor the price he promised in written email. I went to other dealer who promised 2nd lowest price and kept the price promise.

Hello lonepine. Thank you for your feedback but I fear there may be some miscommunication. We have never, and will never, refuse to honor an official Edmunds's Price Promise Certificate. I have also searched the system but could find no price certificate for you? Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, as evident by the reviews on this page and all the other review sites.
