If you're looking for a car, look no further than Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda, he is simply the best. My mom and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hamad, and we are so grateful for his exceptional service, patience, and… professionalism throughout the entire process.
From the moment we arrived, Hamad took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect car within our budget. He spent the entire day with us, walking us through every detail and test driving the car to make sure we felt comfortable and confident. He allowed us to bring in a mechanic to inspect the car, which gave us so much peace of mind. That level of transparency and care is rare to find.
On top of that, Hamad went above and beyond by helping us apply for car insurance and giving us a full tour of the car, making sure we knew exactly how everything worked before driving off the lot.

They are the definition of great workers, they moved in a fast, answered all my questions before i can even ask them, and were very kind. Wael got me through all the… paper work while Hamad was getting the car to be mine. Not only was i in a rush to leave to the airport that night but literally i had to go at a certain time from the dealer to make my flight and next thing you know I had my car pull up and i screamed it made me such a satisfied customer because i wanted to see it before i had to leave to NJ and i did also it is my first car. When my car pulled up Hamad showed me how to work the car and gave me his card fir tge future if i had any questions or concerns i can call him. I'm currently in FL and he still checks up to make sure the car is working great for me. I'm in love with my Honda Civic 2017 and will always be will in the future to go back to NJ just to buy another car from them. Best customer service I've had.Excellent Service!

Henry and John worked on the details of the sale and Hamad gave us an overview of the car during our test… drive and again when we picked up our new minivan. Hamad was extremely knowledgable about the model and very patiently reviewed all elements of the electronics, no easy feat since my former minivan was 12 years old and had none of these features. His thoroughness made the test drive less stressful and informative as he demonstrated many of the vehicles driving features as we drove along. We owe all thanks and much appreciation to Mr. Hamad Deeb. He truly was a wonderful sales person, our… family was really taken good care of with this fine gentleman; our daughter took to him very quickly and she wants to visit him again. Mr. Deeb gave us all the time we needed and more, he really listened to what we were looking for and stayed within the budget we had set. He even took the time out to help us find good car insurance. He went over every detail of the vehicle before we left, made sure that we were comfortable and satisfied with every feature. He even helped us sync our phones which by the way is an amazing feature it is the safer way to drive. We love our new Honda CRV, great features fits our family just right. They make you feel like family, they're courteous, knowledgeable, and courteous among other things,… Also the sales agent Hamid D. was a great thorough sales person. These people are excellent. by rking_consumer on 05/22/2017Went there for a tire rotation and oil change. Left with my emergency brake a loose and wobbly. At the beginning, I paid no mind to it since it wasn't too bad, however about 2 weeks later, I was able to pull the emergency brake practically… all the way up (over 12 clicks). I went back and was told that my rear caliper may be going bad. When I asked how was that possible on a car that is only 4 years old with less than 46k miles, they did not know how to respond and just said parts get old and brought up the "extended warranty" bs, which I am pretty sure still doesn't cover the caliper. Anyways, went back to try to get the problem fixed and they denied they did anything to the emergency brake, however, somehow they were able to adjust it a little. About 4 days later, the wobble and looseness came back, so its pretty obvious whatever they did was temporary. During that week, I spoke to a mechanic whom I work with and was told that they most likely hyper-extended the emergency brake whenever they parked the car or rotated tire causing a misalignment in the braking system. Went the next day to a certified mechanic, they opened up the parking brake dashboard and without me telling him anything, showed me how the braking mechanism was no longer straight, hence why it seems one caliper is acting up. That mechanic also explained how this is a standalone system and the only way it would break, being that the car is new is if either someone purposely messed with it, or if someone yanked on the emergency with brute force. It is very upsetting to know that I can't even trust mechanics over at Honda in Paramus, NJ for simple oil change and tire rotation. So much for dealership mechanics being more careful or knowledgeable than the average mechanic. They should take more responsibility for their screw-ups and be more careful with people's cars. Many people pay these cars with hard work, sweat and tears to have someone "qualified" break them for being careless.Another great experience with Hamad Deeb at DCH

From the price negotiations to the signing on the dotted line. My salesman,… Hamad Deeb, was the best! I searched the used car inventory ahead of time and let him know which cars I was interested in. He let me drive them and than suggested another option which I immediately fell in love with and ultimately purchased. When it came time to pick up the car, I was done in less than 15 minutes!
