Paul Park was able to respond to my questions via phone and email before I even came in. He was able to give me a quote that he stood behind after I came into the office and was able to walk through all the details and functions of the car. Even though we changed our choice in color, he was able to pull the other car out of the warehouse even though it was close to closing time. He put on the accessories and had scheduled the detailing for that night.
