If you're looking for a car, look no further than Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda, he is simply the best. My mom and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hamad, and we are so grateful for his exceptional service, patience, and… professionalism throughout the entire process.
From the moment we arrived, Hamad took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect car within our budget. He spent the entire day with us, walking us through every detail and test driving the car to make sure we felt comfortable and confident. He allowed us to bring in a mechanic to inspect the car, which gave us so much peace of mind. That level of transparency and care is rare to find.
On top of that, Hamad went above and beyond by helping us apply for car insurance and giving us a full tour of the car, making sure we knew exactly how everything worked before driving off the lot.

I was sold a 2021 Honda CRV from a salesman that was no longer with the company. I… started to feel that the dealership with a little sketchy, I would like to thank Freddy, who helped me get through all this with his patience and manners, He always returned my calls kept me updated with what was going on with the DMV? It was a frustrating time and I know he saw the frustration in my face but as a good salesman would do he kept me at bay. DCH Honda my recommendation is you have to keep guys like him. As a young adult, I don’t have much knowledge about all that ties into purchasing a car and Hamad made… sure he explained everything to me thoroughly in a way I can understand. He educated me on all the best decisions I should be making with purchasing my car. He even helped me find the best car insurance, which he did not have to do had I came prepared. He was very patient and did not rush me throughout the process. Lastly, he took the time to sit with me and teach me all about my new car! He is the absolute best! I definitely recommend him to anyone who is doing this for the first time or even if you are a young adult who doesn’t know much about cars, insurance, and warranties. I not only purchased a car but I was able to gain so much knowledge thanks to him!Great experience

It's the reason we keep going back to buy and lease our cars. Recently we got a great deal on a new 2024 CRV… Touring. We can't say enough about the sales rep we worked with, Hamad Deeb. The man is professional, honest, respectful, friendly and helpful, everything you'd hope to find in a car sales person. He knows his products and is diligent in his effort to work toward a reasonable and fair deal. The same goes for Sales Manager Chong Lee. We have worked with both these men in the past and hope to continue to do so in the future. Bottom line; If you want a fair and honest deal with little or no haggling, then DCH Paramus Honda is definitely a place you need to check out. You will not regret it.Awesome

Although a floor manager was rough-tongued and misleading about other brands, Elvis smoothed things over and worked hard with us. Despite the floor manager's dismissive price… predictions, we did our research via Edmunds and True Car, and did astonishingly well here. ***This dealership has a large inventory and is apparently owned by the same company that also owns Planet Honda and Prestige Honda in NJ, and competes with their bids. Though finalization was excruciatingly slow--we sat in the dealership for 2.5 hours AFTER the price, model etc agreed upon--we would absolutely recommend. And if getting what you want re price and features matter, don't compromise and do NOT buy a car on the same day you walk into a dealership, no matter the pressure. Hang in there. And ask for Elvis.Smooth Purchase

by Rico on 12/03/2023Do not go to this dealer sold me a 2021 pre certified car with bad brakes, brought it back to the dealer. They would not honor fixing the problem. I had the car for 10 days do not buy from them after they sell your car they don’t want to… know you. Service department was absolutely no help. Be careful.
