2011 Honda Odessy resolved by Toyota

2011 Honda Odessy purchased on 10/24/24 at DCH Honda Paramus, The Flagship Honda Deslership under DCH Auto Group und Lithia Motors Written communications from LithiaMotors Corp. HQ to me stating issue Resolved with Right Front leaking axle, that they NEVER replaced so vehicle would not PASS NYS Inspection. performed at DCH Honda Nanuet, under DCH Auto Group also, who only changed Catalytic Coverter that was Faulty. Car FAILED inspection because AXLE never Changed/Replaced and after 5 weeks, Neither DCH Honda Dealerships or Lithia Motors can provide an RO# Invoice with Replacement of AXLE. That is what I have requested all along purchased at ****.**$ with over ****.00$ of repairs to Pass NYS Vehicle inspection as per DCH Honda Nanuet (more than 50% in repairs) First Catalytic Converter replaced but Failing again and needs Replacemt 2nd time to Pass (documented in writing) AXLE NEVER REPLACED by DCH Honda Paramus. I started looking for Odessy Van back in August at DCH Honda Paramus. They will NOT Fix/Repair and want to purchase 2011 Honda Odessy back What and Why is DCH Honda Paramus the Flagship Honda Dealership Should I look at another Honda Odessy Van from this Dealership or go with Toyota as they offered to buy van and get me into Toyota
