This is the second car I have purchased from DCH Honda in the last few years. Their staff and customer service is outstanding. They were kind and patient throughout the whole process and their knowledgeable sales team was able to answer… all of my questions. Thank you DCH!!!

by rah140 on 10/30/2016I went to Academy Honda on 10/29/16 to purchase a 2017 Honda Accord EX-L V6 2 door coupe. I discussed the purchase of the vehicle with Megan Byrnes over the phone and via internet prior to my visit. I met with Khalil Quraishi when I walked… into the dealership to finalize the vehicle purchase. I always buy my new cars through Academy Honda and it is always a pleasant experience. I did most of my research prior to going to the dealership to minimize my time spent at the dealership. They were both very knowledgeable, helpful, clear, efficient and accommodating during the entire process. I then met with the finance manager, Jenni Negrin, and she was also very knowledgeable, accommodating, clear and very helpful in making all my decisions. They all made sure I understood all the options available and every that was available to me at the time of the purchase. Academy Honda has an incredible staff and they are there to help in any way they can. I will always by my vehicles at Academy HondaGreat deal and friendly service

He was able to help me get a good deal on my Accord lease even when I thought it would not happen. He made the experience enjoyable and… was able to answer all my questions. by frankmi on 09/21/2016Went looking to purchase a new vehicle for my son. Decided to look in NJ since we had 2 bad experiences w/ Plaza Auto & Bayridge Honda in Bklyn,NY. After visiting Freehold Honda and Subaru in Old bridge, NJ we ended wasting a day since… neither dealer was interested in taking the time to make a deal. I had been contacted over the internet by Veronica P. from DCH Honda in Old Bridge,NJ & was hesitant to make another trip over the bridge but decided to try one more time. I am very glad that we did .Veronica P. introduced us to Khalil Q. who was tremendous. He partnered w/finance Mgr., Paul P. & together worked to insure my son drove off in a new Honda HRV EX within his budget! Truly great experience. This was my son's first new car financed entirely in his name! Special thanks to DCH Honda group: Veronica,Khalil, and Paul!Khalil Quraishi is amazing!

by susanbranagan on 07/16/2016April 2016: I leased a 2016 Honda CRV from DCH Honda, Old Bridge, NJ and was told by Joseph Guzzo, salesman that the money factor to lease was: 0.0080, calculated interest 1.9%. Then at the lease signing, things changed and the money factor… climbed to 0.0015, calculated interest 3.6%. Unfortunately after the lease signing,I found the mysterious formula for calculating the money factor to interest: (Rent Charge/Lease Term)/(Adjusted Cap Cost + Residual) and that changes the money factor to 0.00329 with a 7.9% interest rate. Honda claims that interest rates are negotiable but not when you were lied to and believed the Business Mgr. Paul Papis when he stated that the money factor given to me by Guzzo changed because of my credit history, and he would not answer my repeated question as to the interest rate. Both DCH Honda and Honda Finance did a credit report (two reports for the same transaction). Same credit report but different outcomes when it came to both the money factor and interest rate. On top of this Mr. Guzzo (a dedicated salesman) offered to throw in both the Nitrofill $199.00 and Key Replacement $399.00 at no costs. Then Business Mgr Paul Papis charged me for both, and this I found out after signing the lease. I believe both NJ Consumer Fraud and the BBB would be interested in this.Thank you Ron Rajnai and DCH Academy Honda!

It was a last minute service and they took me in. My service advisor Nicole and Service Manager Jerwin… were excellent. They explained all the services that were needed. Though I couldn't get all the services in the service book, Jerwin identified the critical items to be fixed before our vacation. They also had a rental car service which was greatly appreciated for services lasting more than one day. Once I received a call the next day, that my truck was completed, Nicole greeted me and Jerwin explained all the services that were completed. I would highly recommend DCH Academy Honda service department to anyone looking to get their vehicle serviced.Excellent Car buying Experience

This my third car buying from him and the group. He's affable, attentive, and… knowledgeable. He's a great conversationalist and also listened to what I wanted. He knows what competitors are doing and will offer the best/fair price. He made the whole buying process smooth. The dealership is great. They made sure the deal will close with financing that I wanted. The environment and atmosphere immaculate. Also, their coffee machine serves the best hot chocolate. He was very professional, knowledgeable and was very patient and answered all my questions. He made the buying process a smooth and great experience. After all the paperwork was processed and finalized, Ash came outside with me to my new vehicle, to go over all features of the car and patiently sat there answering my many questions and showing me how things work. As if I wasn't happy and Impressed enough, Ash was kind enough to call me a few days later, just to see how things were going with the new car and to ask If I had any questions. I was offered a more competitive price from another dealership in the area but as is unfortunately typical in the industry, as I tried to close on the deal things started… to change. The car that was in stock yesterday, suddenly isnt today, the internet representative made a mistake on the quote, the manager had to verify something, and on and on. I didnt experience any of this type of bait and switch at DCH. They quoted a fair price that they could actually honor and verified everything was set to go before I came to the dealership. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was treated respectfully by everyone that I came in contact with. Erich, my sales representative, went out of his way to get me out of the dealership quickly since we had aligned on a price quickly and theres nothing I hate much more than wasting an entire day in a dealership. I will definitely use DCH for all my future Honda purchases and thank you to everyone at DCH for being so decent.Customer for Life!

by srikhs1 on 02/29/2016I purchased a pre owned Honda CRV 2013 model from DCH Academy Honda. As soon as I purchased the car, I felt its a great deal as it was fantastic car to own. After completing the test drive, I had made sure that all questions about the car… conditions are asked. I had specifically asked about the car s battery condition. Sales representative Veronica G had given me a battery test certificate as "good". I got the car home and parked it. Next morning when I tried to start the car, it did not start at all. I called the dealer and they jump start the car. I thought its one off thing and continued. But same problem occurred exactly after a week. They again sent a guy to jump start. I took the car to dealer service station and they told me battery needs a replacement. He showed me the same test that had been done and the values were exactly the same. I had to spend $140 for the battery and painful days when it did not start twice. Why did the dealer replace battery before? When I went to inquire about the same, all Veronica G had to say was "she is not the mechanic" with attitude. They have great cars, but choose your sales rep with proper care who is more friendly and gives good suggestions. Sales rep is not doing any favor to us, its our own money which we are investing on a car and good, smiling friendly sales representative will give you better satisfaction after you complete the deal. Nitin - Manager is responsive and helped me in sending a mechanic to jump start the car twice. But I did not like his blaming on me, keeping the car lights/doors and other electrical components turned on, as I have driven car for last ten years and I know what to switch off when I park the car overnight. Overall an average experience, but pre-owned Honda cars here are very good as we are 3 guys who have purchased 3 cars in 6 months from the same dealer.Great car, great price, great experience

This is the second car I've leased through DCH Academy Honda, and due to the excellent work of Dimitrios Roumeliotis, my expectations were exceeded once again.… Dimitrios was my salesman and was a pleasure to work with - he did a great job of walking me through all of the possible options and prices, and was able to locate the exact car that I wanted. In the end Dimitrios and I worked out a deal with the manager, John Nguyen, who gave me a great price that I was very comfortable with. The car is absolutely fantastic and the process was seamless from start to finish. If you want a quality vehicle with excellent customer service, head to DCH Academy Honda and you won't be disappointed. Since I work in the Bronx, I came to the store late to do a test drive, a gentleman named Edward Moy was about to leave… but still assisted me the best way he can. He is very warm and pleasant. When he found out that I am a new driver, he gave me a free driving class to refresh my skills and he made sure that I will reach home safe and sound.
