DCH Academy Honda

Just had a great experience at DCH Academy Honda over the weekend. I was offered a more competitive price from another dealership in the area but as is unfortunately typical in the industry, as I tried to close on the deal things started to change. The car that was in stock yesterday, suddenly isn’t today, the internet representative made a mistake on the quote, the manager had to verify something, and on and on. I didn’t experience any of this type of ‘bait and switch’ at DCH. They quoted a fair price that they could actually honor and verified everything was set to go before I came to the dealership. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was treated respectfully by everyone that I came in contact with. Erich, my sales representative, went out of his way to get me out of the dealership quickly since we had aligned on a price quickly and there’s nothing I hate much more than wasting an entire day in a dealership. I will definitely use DCH for all my future Honda purchases and thank you to everyone at DCH for being so decent.
