    Sanjay is a great salesman, told me to always drive safe on the road and to follow the rules as well. If had any questions or needed help i could come anytime to see him. Couldn't ask for a better sales person than Sanjay Chadda. So everyone go to DCH ACADEMY HONDA and buy your honda from Sanjay.

    Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and friendly. My salesperson, Ryan, was refreshing to work with. He listened to me and was not at all pushy. After the sale, he even took the time to help me set up the bluetooth for my phone! The service department has been efficient and fairly expedient considering the volume.

    I recently purchased a vehicle from DCH Academy Honda and was assisted by Joe Lisciandri. From the second I walked in I was greeted and quickly taken care of. I was afraid at first to go there by myself because it was my first time thinking about financing a vehicle and I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Joe made me feel comfortable, he wasn't pressuring me to buy the vehicle, he was patient and informative, had no problem answering all my questions and before I can sign any document he explained what was on it. I really appreciate that he was honest about what he can do for me. He didn't sell me a dream just to make a sale and that means a lot to me. I hear many stories of people going else where and having to deal with sales men that are like sharks, but I was lucky not to experience that at DCH Academy Honda. Freddy from their Finance Department, was very kind and professional as well. He made sure to get me the best deal he can and within my budget. I had another appointment to visit another dealership but after visiting DCH Academy Honda, I didn't feel the need to go elsewhere. I am very happy with my purchase and I will go back to them in the future.

    I had several car buying experiences before, and the DCH Academy Honda is the best dealership I worked with. Sales agent Joseph K. was incredibly professional, patient, and accommodating. During long negotiations we exchanged several offers/counteroffers. I liked that the manager stayed out of the negotiations and was only consulted through Joseph. Joseph even accompanied me to return the leased car to a different company dealership and made sure that the transaction went smoothly.

    Essam B. was great. He was truthful, honest and knew what we wanted. He tried saving us money, and told us everything upfront. Thank you Essam B. for being a great salesmen -- something that is hard to find nowadays but NOT AT DCH!!

    Awesome car buying experience. I have purchased 3 cars in the past year at 3 different dealerships for my kids, and this was by far the best. I worked with a gentleman named David M.(Internet Sales Director) who promptly and professionally replied to my email inquires and got me in the door. No pressure or tacky sales lines from this guy, he was a wealth of information and made the process easy and most importantly comfortable. I did not catch the finance guy's name but I prefer to keep this post positive since I spent a majority of my time with the sales department. I will be sure to return in the future and send anyone I know to DCH Academy Honda

    I had been doing a lot of research and visiting various car dealers looking for a CPO vehicle and was pleasantly surprised by muy great experience at DCH Academy Honda. My salesmen Sanjay was knowledgeabvle friendly and most importantly honest. This dealership has a no pressure, friendly atmosphere that runs against the norm for car dealers. I couldn't be happier I pick this dealership and would highly reccommend it and my saleperson SANJAY.

    The people here take their time to make sure you are satisfied. The sales and finance people were excellent! High volume car dealers often seem to pressure you to buy. The DCH experience was outstanding.

    I had a good experience buying an used Honda Odyssey in this dealership with Erich. Erich is very attentive, not pushing at all. He understand my needs, and make all his effort to try to meet them. I recently relocated to US from overseas, and am quite unfamiliar with the car purchase process. Erich is very patient with me, explaining the process to me in details, and make sound recommendations. I would come back to his dealership for my next car purchase.

    I have purchased a lot of new cars in my life but this purchase was by far the best I have had. My salesperson, Joe G was so nice, honest and I felt very comfortable with him. I never felt like I was being pressured or not getting a good deal. I gave him the price I thought was fair for the van and he worked with me and got me that price! I live over an hour away but it was worth the trip. DCH has a fantastic reputation as I bought an Acura in 07 at DCH Monclair Acura and knew about the exceptional sales and service they provide. I would recommend DCH Honda to everyone I know. Thank you for a great buying experience. I look forward to future purchases. And thank you Joe G for being an awesome salesperson!

    Got a good deal on a 2014 CRV. The sales person was very professional BUT the business manager who was trying to sell us the "extra" was very pushy and using a negative sells approach. If you are going to buy from this dealership, do your Internet homework and know what the "extras" cost. Extended warranties, remote starts, tire protections, carpet and wax protection, etc.

    I brought 2005 Honda civic with DCH Academy Honda dealer last weekend. I'm happy with my car so far. It runs smooth and it is in a good condition. Service is also nice.

    I was looking up vehicle inventory on DCH Academy's website and a chat window appeared on the right-hand side of the screen. I opened the window and started a conversation with Jennifer C., who was doing internet sales that night, and I inquired as to the Accord Sedan, which was going to be my first choice for a new car. I was looking for an Accord Sedan with Navigation package and she told me they had one in inventory. She then asked me if I had driven the new Accord, as it had been redesigned and fully updated. I told her I had not and she asked me if I would like a test drive. I said I would and that I only lived 5 minutes from the dealership. She offered to have a test drive set up that evening for me, however I had to decline as I had broken my eye glasses and only had my sunglasses left and I did not want to drive a new car I was not used to in the dark. She offered the next day at any time that was convenient to me, so I chose 12:00pm as I tend to be a late sleeper. I got down to the dealership before noon and Jennifer greeted me. We chatted for a few minutes, but she had to get back to internet sales, so she got Paul P., one of the salesmen, to help me. I told Mr. P. I was thinking of the Accord Sedan or possibly a Pilot or Insight. He was looking over the options I wanted to see if they had any Accord Sedans in stock when I inquired as to the color of an Accord Coupe that was in the showroom. The color is called Still Night Pearl and is the most beautiful blue I ever saw. Mr. P. told me that the Coupe was currently the only vehicle in that color, and that had just received a shipment that week. I inquired as to whether or not they had a Coupe with the Navigation package and heated seats in stock. He checked and found that they had one at another location, not in the lot, and that he would have it brought to the dealership if I wanted it. There was an Accord Coupe with Navigation on the lot, in white, which Mr. P. had brought out for me for a test drive. Mr.P. pointed out all the different features and how to access them, including the Lane Drift Warning and Econ drive mode, which I love. The Accord also comes with a Lane Change Warning system for right-hand turns. A camera on the passenger side outdoor rearview mirror comes on when signalling a right turn so the driver can see if anyone is in the blind spot. He also explained the keyless ignition and even how to tune the XMSirius staitons, as well as pointing out the other features, including bluetooth, Pandora radio compatibiltiy, aha compatibility, the power outlets and even the USB port for plugging in a iPod. I was given a very good price on the car with all the options I wanted. The only thing the car did not have was splash guards and body molding, but I should be getting a call sometime this week to set up an appointment to have them installed. Mr. P. was even able to get me some cash on my trade-in for my Taurus. The Taurus, I was told, had a bad Carfax report. I later learned from my mom that when she and my dad had bought the Taurus they were told of the Carfax report. I didn't know about it, but Mr. P. was still able to get me $500.00 on the trade-in, so I was happy. I was treated the whole time with respect and courtesy. I paid cash for the car and was brought to the Finance Manager, Mr. R. to finalize the sale and go over some additional packages. After selecting the packages and paying the additional charges I left with my new Accord feeling very happy. I was surprised at the hassle-free service I received. I thought only Saturn dealerships were that good. I am happy to be proven wrong. On a side note, I had returned the dealership the following morning as I had forgotten to take a parking permit out of the Taurus. Mr. P. had told me the Taurus was moved to storage but he would have someone check for me. Shortly later he came to me in the customer lounge with my parking permit. I don't think too many dealerships, or salespeople, would go that extra mile. I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend anyone in the area, or who doesn't mind taking the drive to get there, to visit DCH Academy Honda for a new car. The dealership is very clean, the people are extremely friendly and the experience is one of peach and contentment. I was treated as a person and as a valued customer by everyone there. You can't beat that :)

    I was looking into buying the 2014 Honda CRV EXL with navigation. I did all my research and I was ready. I have visited dealerships before but was not ready to buy. However, I was never offered anything to make me buy. I decided to go to DCH Academy because a co worker bought her CRV there and I also read a few reviews about the dealership. I went with my wife to DCH Academy Honda and within seconds of entering, I was assigned to a salesperson. Ryan H. was my salesperson and he was great. He had me test driving the Honda CRV EXL with Navigation within 5 minutes. Ryan H. knew the vehicle inside and out and answered all my questions. We sat down and I told him that I was interested in buying but I was not trying to make a decision that day. This was the first dealership I visited and I wanted to visit a few more dealerships before making the decision. I did mention my TRUE CAR certificate and vehicle prices were given to me. No pressure. The manager, Akram A., came over and sweetened the deal. No pressure and the conversations were pleasant. I was expecting to get a headache from the sales pitch and negotiations(I have had some annoying experiences in past) but was pleasantly surprised on how smooth it was going. My wife and I decided to leave to take a breather and think about a decision. It is a big purchase. We came back 2 hours later and made the decision to buy. I just added side body molding to vehicle. The vehicle was not at the dealership, so we had to come back a few days later for pick up and finance. I dealt with Lily L. from finance. I did get the finance rate from the promotion. Lily did explain the other options about warranties but I declined. No pressure. Lily was very nice. Ryan, Akram and Lily were all great and very pleasant to work with. The whole experience made me want to buy a few more cars (I wish I had more money). The total time at dealership was around 3 hours. That is 3 hours for 2 days. Quick and painless. Don't waste your time with other dealerships unless you wish to get a headache and get frustrated. Go to DCH Academy Honda, you will be pleasantly surprised with your experience. Definitely ask for Ryan H. when you visit!

    I went to dch academy honda to lease a 2012 honda crv. Everyone from finance leasing and sales made my purchase easy and comfortable. The salesman Harshad Panchal (HP) with whom I dealt with was very patient thorough understanding and very pleasant. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase or lease a honda.

    My father recently surprised me with helping upgrade my CR-V to the new 2013 Cr-V. He worked both with the manager and Joe directly, to which it was a fantastic customer experience. You didn't feel hounded or pushed to do or buy, but comfortable. He was also extremely helpful and amiable throughout the process as well as post buy. I'll definitely come back in the future and recommend.

    The salesman Mr. R. Was very helpful in make the whole car buying deal go so smooth and fast. Thats not to say he didn't spend enough time with me, no. He made sure i understood everything before signing any papers and when i picked up the car, he went over everything from top to bottom on the car so i would know all the things it can do. I know if i need another car i will go right back to him first at the honda dealership. As well the whole staff at the DCH Academy dealership was so helpful to me.

    Very satisfied with my purchase of the Pilot Touring White pearl with Erich T. as salesman. He's been instrumental with my decision to come back and buy again in this dealership. He worked really very hard to get my vehicle to the point he drove 140 miles with hours of traffic to another dealership in Long Island just to get my car I wanted since the model and color I liked is out of stock especially this time of season and clearance. No pressure buying and no gimmicks. Just straight forward honest deal. In fact they beat my personal price quote. Got an excellent deal and superb experience overall DCH honda academy.

    Thank you Sammy L. for you help in choosing my new/used Honda Accord. Sammy was patient, knowledgeable and found me just what I was looking for. There was no pressure! Car buying was a headache with all of the vultures at the other dealerships but NOT at Academy Honda. We spent a great deal of time with Sammy and discussed the options we wanted but he didn't spend is time pushing his cars or the dealership-maybe its because the Honda's sell themselves? Maybe because we talked about everything not just about the car? He made us very comfortable with our car buying experience. STRESS FREE! Even the sales manager made sure we were happy and made the best choice. Plus we got a fair price on our trade in! I did my homework and researched the car, prices and dealership- we made the right choice with Sammy at Academy Honda!! Five Star Plus rating for us. Thanks again we will be back with my son who gets his DL in January!
