by mohatt on 02/09/2015I just bought Honda Pilot from DCH Academy Honda in Old Bridge NJ this past weekend and I can tell you it is the best experience I have ever had, I am not a rookie when it comes to buying cars but this one was the best ever. Megan Byrnes… was my internet sales person, she made it clear about discount pricing and details from the the first call we had, sent me an email confirming the dealer fees and out of door price which I liked to see before I even went to the dealership. Then when I went to the store I dealt with Paul Aweeky who was also great, not pushy with the sales and very helpful. I would definetly recommend this dealership and will return again for any future purchase. Thank you DCH Academy Honda and you deserve five stars indeedExcellent

I felt much comfortable in financing my car with them, unlike my experience at Open road Honda. At open road,Edison, I felt icky and maneuvered with… their sugar coated talk and the unclear 'mandated' fees. So comparatively DCH was good.Respects the Customer
by MarkN123 on 11/21/2014After several months of research I determined my best out-the-door price. I called up D.C.H. and Lisa G. (who for some reason is not on the checklist below--put her on the list!) promptly emailed me their best offer. We went back and forth… a little and they came in only $50 over my target price. Then I just showed up, without calling, and filled out the paperwork! No unwanted discussions about price at the dealership. Andre helped me do the paperwork and made zero attempt at up-selling me anything. In fact, whenever he showed me something to sign and I was about to express a concern, he beat me to it and addressed the issue to my satisfaction every single time. Andre was patient, kept the mood light, and had no negative or high-pressure attitude. They had to deliver the car from a nearby warehouse, but didn't require any deposit or commitment from me first. There was none of that 'let me talk to my manger' BS where they try to work you over with pressure and a war of attrition. When I was passed over to Akram in finance, I expected the up-selling to begin. He merely asked if I was interested in an extended warranty--expecting the 'no' since I made it clear I was going to spend only what we negotiated by email and not a penny more--he casually asked if I wanted to discuss why and when I declined he professionally moved on without any attitude or pressure at all. Finally, before sending me off with my new 2015 Honda Fit, Andre explained all of its features (there are many). Bottom line: I could not be happier with the experience, and I would recommend anybody to see Andre and the whole staff at D.C.H.A very pleasant experience

I found DCH Academy Honda's selection reasonable for the price point I had been searching. They had a decent selection of cars on… the lot, not too many that can be overwhelming. My sales person, David Harris was accommodating and was not a high pressure sales "kind of guy". He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He made my car buying experience a pleasant one....and I can say that it is NOT one of my favorite things to do. It usually ends up with me leaving with a headache. He was thorough, professional and yet, I felt at ease with him. If I had to purchase another vehicle, it's very likely I would return to DCH Academy Honda.Easy, smooth experience

by AkhandBharat on 10/19/2014Sam Beshay is the absolute best, never in my life I have come across a car salesman like him. He gave us our room, did NOT force us into anything. He informed us of all the options that were available and left us alone to look at the cars… to make our decision. Once my wife and I were sure as to which van we were interested in, Sam informed us of all the features that are standard and all the others to be customized for our needs. Not once did he force into something that we were not interested in. We were so dreading the experience, however, Sam made it a wonderful experience. Anyone and everyone I know I will definitely introduce the to Sam Beshay at DCH Academy Honda.Awesome, friendly service!

My mom and I were looking at a few different cars outside at the dealership because earlier that day I was told that the Jeep I had for the past few years needed a 1700 dollar repair and… that it wasn't worth fixing. I was slightly panicked because I was about to start grad school just a few days later and I couldn't be left without a car. Not planning on making any sudden decisions, we decided to just browse. I was thinking about leasing a Civic because they are practical and very good on gas. We saw a couple we liked so we decided to just go in to ask a few questions. Before we even reached the door, we were approached by Todd R. He quickly answered every question we had and because we were interested in leasing a Civic, he took us inside and went over pricing and the different options that we had. He let me test drive a Civic and I immediately knew that that was the car that I wanted. Because it was only me and my mom, we were a little skeptical about going through with it because usually my dad is present for all major purchases. We never felt pressured into making any decisions and never felt like we were being taken advantage of in any way, which made us feel more at ease about making the decision. Todd genuinely cared about us and took the time to explain anything and everything we wanted to know. He took his time with us and made us feel right at home throughout the whole process. He had a great, friendly and funny personality which made the whole process seem to go by so quickly and effortlessly. I would definitely recommend this dealership and this particular car dealer to anyone in the market for a new car. I had a great experience there and I absolutely love my new Honda Civic!Good

I called Mark before going to DCH Honda, (Old bridge) for the advertised quote, the advertised cost for Odessey was exactly what quote I was given over email. When I… arrived at DCH, Mark was on leave but he did tell me that anyone at dealership would honor quoted price. Paul M helped me when I arrived at DCH, helped closed the deal. He honored the quote I was given in email, worked out the best deal for me. The best thing I liked about Paul M and DCH is that they stand for HONESTY and INTEGRITY. In my experience, there are very few dealers in NJ, NY area who can match Honesty and Integrity delivered at DCH. Paul was very honest, transparent, no dirty sales tactics, no pressure sales, I highly recommend him, he is truly accomplished sales person who wins customer. Mo, the Finance Manger is very talented and Hard working. He shared additional products with me but did not pressure to up sale any package. Very Honest man. Nitin is very talented manager out there, truly think about customer, manages a highly effective and efficient sales team there. I was tired to deal with other dishonest, tactic player dealers, I was glad to find DCH. Here are just the facts. 1) when my wife and I when to look at a Honda accord ex-l V-6 we were lucky enough to get Adam C as our sales associate. He answer any and… all of my questions and concerns in a clear and educated manner. If I need to buy another car and he is still there, I will only want to use him. 2) The price they gave me off the bat was as good or better than any dealer I went too. 3) after the car was paid for I thought Adam would just hand of the keys and we will leave. No Adam spent at least 45 minutes with my wife showing her many features of the car. The manager Paul was very curious and even parts that you have to deal with a car dealer (extended warranties,etc),this was done in an extremely professional manner. I will have no problem recommending this dealership to anyone looking for a Honda. Thanks for being stand up guys The Gonzalez Family
