by benjti5781 on 04/06/2024We recently purchased a 2023 Lincoln Nautilus from Irwin Lincoln in Freehold, NJ. Leo, our salesman, made the experience pleasurable, and we never felt pressured. Any questions that we had were answered. He made every attempt to make sure… that the process went smoothly. Leo even invited us back if we needed more assistance with understanding the workings of the new car. From previous experiences with other dealerships, we were not looking forward to new car shopping. Irwin Lincoln has changed our thinking about that and has earned an A. The only disappointment was that the dealer does not offer a hard copy of the owner manual.Dealer Is Legit And Willing to Do Business

The dealer did not play any tricks, was responsive throughout the process, answered all questions and described the vehicle accurately. Specifically, the… car was in great shape - no accidents, no scratches, no dings, no bad smell - it was clean inside and out and performed well during our test drive - everything exactly as advertised. No hidden fees, upcharges or pressure from the finance manager to rip us off in the last phase of the transaction. The dealership also had adequate amenities for customers (incl coffee / water / lounge area). Irwin Lincoln a Wonderful Experience

No pressure, had a wealth of knowledge and answered every question. Everything he said he would do he did!… Everyone at Irwin was fantastic! Steve who did my finance was very pleasant and . Billy in the service dept. couldn't have been nicer. He kept me Informed about the status of the cars service on a constant basis. Smooth Transaction
by backinblack1 on 07/20/2009Irwin honored a deal that I had negotiated at another dealer. No games. they had to do a search for the vehicle. The vehicle came in with a roof rack. They did not try and charge me extra for the roof rack. The financing went smooth, with… no pressure to buy an extended warranty. The sales rep took the time to answer all of my questions and go over the vehicle with me. They were very concerned with getting me through the process in a reasonable amount of time.A Pleasure to work with

The whole transaction took about 3 hours, this was the fastest I ever bought the car. No pressure, competitive… pricing. The finance guy did not have last minute surprises.
