We were able to negotiate the price of the car to a Good/Great Deal as deemed by KBB. The dealer did not play any tricks, was responsive throughout the process, answered all questions and described the vehicle accurately. Specifically, the car was in great shape - no accidents, no scratches, no dings, no bad smell - it was clean inside and out and performed well during our test drive - everything exactly as advertised. No hidden fees, upcharges or pressure from the finance manager to rip us off in the last phase of the transaction. The dealership also had adequate amenities for customers (incl coffee / water / lounge area). Assuming these guys have the car you want, based on my experience, it’s a dealership you can work with.
