Adam, the salesman, makes the transition seamless. When the previous Lincoln Nautilus was coming off lease, he knew my tastes and picked out a perfect match and contacted me. He prepared the pricing in advance and we closed in days. While I was handling the paperwork, he set up all of my electronic features.
