Irwin honored a deal that I had negotiated at another dealer. No games. they had to do a search for the vehicle. The vehicle came in with a roof rack. They did not try and charge me extra for the roof rack. The financing went smooth, with no pressure to buy an extended warranty. The sales rep took the time to answer all of my questions and go over the vehicle with me. They were very concerned with getting me through the process in a reasonable amount of time.
