    We have purchased 8 cars from Freehold Ford and have serviced all of them there as well. The sales department was good to work with. Service department is great to deal with. Appointments are easy to set up. I usually set my appointments for 7:30 AM and wait in their waiting room. It's comfortable, has coffee and vending machines, and free wi fi. The Service Managers keep me informed of progress. Unless it's something major, I am out in an hour.

    Took my Explorer in for a routine service and the have the sunroof drains unclogged/replaced. In and out, same day. No issues. Great communication. Thank you.

    As usual, I had an excellent experience at Freehold Ford. My 2017 Ford Fusion’s engine light activated. I took it to Freehold Ford and thankfully it wasn’t anything serious. It was even still covered by my warranty so there was no charge. I highly recommend Freehold Ford for it’s professional courteous efficient team!

    Freehold Ford was very accommodating and committed to finding the right car for me. Yvonne Bermudez provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Overall a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

  • Horrible Experience

    Freehold Ford is not the place to buy a vehicle. The sales people are trained correctly. I purchased a pre owned vehicle and needed to bring it in for service 2 weeks later because the brakes were grinding. I needed rear brake pads. How come Freehold Ford sold me a vehicle that needed brakes repaired. What happened to the 170 point check that they do. Here is the truth: The multi point check is not done. They check the boxes off that they performed the tasks but the customer comes back with needing work. This place is a joke.

    I'm 22 years old. My first bad experience was whe asked to test drive a 2016 mustang gt. They told me I cant because only serious inquirers can even though I told them in a month I'm going to buy a car. So I drove to Virginia and test drove it and purchased it the same day. 2nd was when I went to put replacement tires on the mustang gt pp. I purchased the tires myself but they were they same size as stock. They couldn't take off my old tires b/c they are low profile tires. So why do you sell them stock if you cant replace them and then told me to go to a tire shop. 3rd. that same day I get home and notice scratches on the side of my car that wasn't there before I dropped it off.

    When I first started doing business with Freehold Ford, I was not terribly impressed. After my initial impression wore off, my opinion turned around 180 degrees. The entire service staff went above and beyond to make sure all was right and proper with my Taurus. All were professional, courteous , and thorough. Special recognition to Mike Worman, a valuable asset to the company. He really made sure this customer was satisfied. Give the man a raise.

    Made an appointment for a routine service. Service department accommodated me with a convenient appointment first thing in the morning. I waited in the new waiting room. It was very comfortable and clean. Car was serviced promptly and I was on my way. Great service department.

    A nice touch to the service experience would be if you gave the vehicles a car wash after servicing. That extra service touch will bring in extra customers by word of mouth. Now that's five star service.

    While I just dropped my car off for an oil change, there was an issue with the brakes that was identified and addressed. This car is used by my daughter and it is nice to know that the Ford service team is looking out for her safety as well. Nice job.

    It was my first time getting service and the place was under construction. No extended waiting area was provided, no coffee, not even a t.v. and it looked like construction wasn't going to be quick

    My experience has been good, and my Flex has been excellent. However I broke balls to get the 7yr 125k. Was just told my warrantee ended November, but I count 2009 plus 7 is 2016. Think I was screwed out of the last year, NOT HAPPY. My neighbors experience with an early 2000s Explorer and Freehold Ford had not been good. Over $8,000 in covered repairs, and then more that were not covered. Things that should have never gone like wheel bearing under 70k or a broken spring. Then to add insult to injury he was grossly overcharged not only for installation of an alternator, but charged about double the price for a rebuilt. He not only does not but Ford any more, but he no longer buys American.
