Horrible Experience
Written by 07/28/2017
onFreehold Ford is not the place to buy a vehicle. The sales people are trained correctly. I purchased a pre owned vehicle and needed to bring it in for service 2 weeks later because the brakes were grinding. I needed rear brake pads. How come Freehold Ford sold me a vehicle that needed brakes repaired. What happened to the 170 point check that they do. Here is the truth: The multi point check is not done. They check the boxes off that they performed the tasks but the customer comes back with needing work. This place is a joke.
