Very friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward

I got rear ended the week prior and my 2017 Jetta was a total loss. I did not want to be in a dealership buying a new one, but they made the process quick and easy. I had my kids with me so I couldn’t be there all day. It was one of the quickest/easiest transactions I have made
