by Christopher_L on 12/13/2019Before my wife and I purchased the 2019 Atlas a month ago from this dealership, we shopped around at many other dealerships. I would say sales reps from every other dealership bombarded the both of us trying really hard to sell us a vehicle… then and there. Felt like I was being forced into something we were not ready for or have not decided on which vehicle we wanted yet. Reydel of Edison was a completely different experience. As soon as we walked in, we were kindly greeted by Javier. (Highly recommend working with him. Super knowledgeable and very helpful) We were interested in test driving both the 2019 Atlas and the 2019 Tiguan. We quickly filled out some paperwork and we were on the road. We slammed Javier with questions from every direction about every level of each vehicle that we drove and he knew it all like the back of his hands. This made the decision really hard because both the Atlas and the Tiguan were beautiful cars and drove great. We also have a baby on the way, hence why we were looking at the SUVs and both Javier and the sales manager Sunny, knew their stuff. Not once were we pushed to purchase the car or have deals thrown at us to get the car at that moment. We loved both cars and my wife and I needed time to make a decision. So Javier kindly gave us his information and told us to let him know whenever we were ready to come back when we’ve decided. We were too excited and came back the next day. Never have I ever had that type of experience before. I thought that by going to the dealerships to buy a vehicle, the norm was to be attacked by sales reps to buy buy buy and to pretend you aren’t interested for better deals or what not. Javier and everyone at Reydel has been nothing but helpful in our decision to buying the beautiful new 2019 Atlas. This past week, weather mats came in for our vehicle and my wife came to pick them up. As soon as Javier saw my pregnant wife walk in, he excused himself for a second from a customer to help my wife take the car to the back and get the mats put in and made sure all were good. Now that’s service. Javier is by far the kindest, most knowledgeable and most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership before. Thank you Javier and everyone else from Reydel Volkswagen of Edison for helping us decide on the perfect car for our growing family. We highly recommend these guys. Even the service center is great!!!Excellent Service

She made my decision process that much easier and without any additional pressures. After… my decision was made she handled all the administrative work, even called the insurance company for me, and when that was too expensive she researched other insurance companies. And because of her efficiency and willingness to help I was able to find a much cheaper insurance. Ashley is awesome and very friendly! Thank you, Ashley for making this a very positive experience, I really appreciate it.Awesome group!

I was met at the door, constantly checked on, listened to and never pressured into a purchase. I'm not into haggling but certainly don't want to be taken advantage… of. All of the people here (most stopped by to say "hi") were very friendly, even on a very busy (Black Friday) day, they took their time to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Their price was fair and made me feel good about my lease. I would recommend to anyone.Reydel Of Edison

Nav worked with me on the phone a week prior to coming in and was able to answer all of my questions in regards to a Tiguan. He was patient with myself and husband during our test drive… and note that we took multiple vehicles out. We originally were after a Tiguan but decided on an Atlas. The trim and build that we wanted wasn't on site and we needed to walk away with a vehicle that day due to personal schedules. Nav went above and beyond and was able to get a vehicle delivered that day for us. In addition Gene worked with us on our paperwork and he was just as good and took his time explaining all of the vehicle details and features. Overall I would recommend Reydel! I personally don't like pushy salesmen and they far from that.Excellent Speedy Professional Process

Ashley Medrano answered every questions I had about the 2019 Altas I was interested in. She made my… decision process that much easier and without any additional pressures. After my decision was made she handled all the administrative work, even called the insurance company for me, making that effort even easier. After the sale was finalized Ashley reviewed the car features with me from bumper to bumper. He introduced us to Ashley Medrano, sales associate. She did an excellent job helping us understand the different models and narrowing our selection. She anticipated our questions about the features and provided clear answers to help us decide which vehicle offered the most value. I specifically reached out to Naveen after coming highly recommended, however everyone that I interacted with was very helpful.… They took the time to answer all my questions and ensure that I was comfortable with my decision without being pushy or aggressive. Naveen worked with me to meet my budget, and reached out after my purchase to address any additional questions I might have. Honestly couldn't have asked for a smoother car buying experience. I've also come back to Reydel for service since purchasing my GTI back in 2017 and can attest to great (and fast!) service there too.Exellent experience
