Wonderful Experience
by Brenda on 12/27/2021Reydel Volkswagen was a pleasant surprise. The whole process from my initial contact to find a car through driving my new car off the lot was easy. I heard they had the car I wanted (ID4) so I called. They did have the car and gave me… price. The price was sticker and the price was the same when I got to dealer as I was quoted on the phone. In this era of low car inventory so many other dealers were charging over sticker (some even thousands). I didn’t have a lot of time when I went to pick it up so they instructed me on everything I could do ahead of time to make the process go more quickly. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. This was truly the most seamless and least frustrating experience I have ever had buying a car. I highly recommend Reydel.First time customer

They were careful to let me know all the necessary information about the vehicle and others similar like it. I didn’t had to wait long to see someone and… once seated, Ray the sales rep who helped me respected my time and needs which was part of making the process easy. Not only is the sales team extremely pleasant and professional but the service department is also an absolute pleasure to work with and… very accomodating. by Stephen on 12/22/2021After searching through several dealerships, both online and in person, I finally found exactly the year/make/model of my new vehicle at Reydel VW of Edison! This dealership is about 45 minutes to one hour from where I live but glad I made… it down. Nav, Yasmine, Amanda and Will provided such a welcoming, no-pressure and actually fun car buying experiencing starting about a week or two before I even made it to the dealership. I saw they had the exact car I wanted "in transit from port" and told them I wanted it. They made it so easy and seamless from start to finish. If Reydel VW of Edison has the vehicle you want, go get it from them! Thank you all for your help and I love my new car!Amazing experience

I wanted an ID4 and I was told I needed to make a reservation and wait a year to get one at the dealership by my house . Nav the sales manager at Reydel in… Edison was very honest with me, followed up on updates and told me to change my reservation to his dealer. I did it without hesitation and I’m so glad I did because thanks to him today I have my ID4 parked at my house after just a month after speaking to him. Nav I can’t say enough how grateful I am and the quality of the services and the staffs at Reydel exceeded my expectations thanks Jazmin, Will and last but not least Jonathan (financial) you were very patient with us and went beyond to get us a great financial deal. He answered all the questions I had, readily available by phone or email and provided great customer service throughout the whole process. He clearly… explained the differences between the trims and showed the ins and outs of the model that I wanted. After agreeing on a deal, it was smooth sailing from there. The team ensured the vehicle was detailed and ready to go for me within a matter of two days. Very happy with the process and outcome! We researched a bunch of dealers in the area regarding the ID4 but all said NO and really… didn't know when to expect another shipment (that was kind of it with communication) My dealer contact representative (Nav) from Reydel was in constant communication and did everything he could to make the purchase happen. After some back & forth a car became available and we snapped it up. Very smooth process with the presentation of the car and walk through. Would highly recommend.Fun and easy

I highly suggest working with, although everyone I encountered at the dealership was courteous and more than helpful. He was transparent with… pricing, fees and everything I should expect as well as upfront about timing and communication. He went above and beyond to over-deliver on our expectations and was willing to discuss a few changes, something I have found little appetite for in the automotive field as of late. by Zach P on 12/16/2021I originally wrote this on Google Maps, but had such a wonderful experience I thought I would share here as well: I pre-ordered an ID.4 in April and had it delivered to Reydel VW in Edison. Having heard horror stories about the mark-up… some dealerships are charging, I was nervous about what I would experience when I went to purchase the vehicle. Luckily, shortly after my ID.4 landed in the US, the manager, Nav, called and let me know that Reydel does not mark-up the cost over the MSRP for the ID.4s and that I would be able to come by the next week to get it. When I went to the dealership, Nathan walked me through the trade-in process, the ID.4 itself, and all the mountains of paperwork that go with buying a car. Amanda, the finance manager, got me a great deal on the financing. I had a wonderful time working with the team at Reydel and absolutely recommend other VW shoppers or people ordering ID.4s to use Reydel as their dealership (also, if you need good food recommendations, Nathan's the man!).New VW Tiguan

There is a reason why I chose to come back, and will do so again in the future! Everyone I dealt with, but specifically Aakash and Darius,… were a pleasure to interact with. All communications were clear and prompt, and I never felt any pressure to add on BS coverage to the purchase as I have felt at other dealers in the past. All of this happened at the height of the COVID-19 restrictions (which Reydel also handled effortlessly and with intelligence). There was No Nonsense on pricing, or offering of unreasonable dealer packages or… so-called 'mandatory' items such as the famous 'window etching' scam. Everything was straightforward and fair from the my first phone call to Sales Manager, Naveen to the signing of financial of paperwork with Amanda, Finance Manager. Whether you are a first time customer or repeat buyer, you will be treated with respect, professionalism and great customer service. Give them a try. You won't regret it!
