Reydel Volkswagen was a pleasant surprise. The whole process from my initial contact to find a car through driving my new car off the lot was easy. I heard they had the car I wanted (ID4) so I called. They did have the car and gave me price. The price was sticker and the price was the same when I got to dealer as I was quoted on the phone. In this era of low car inventory so many other dealers were charging over sticker (some even thousands). I didn’t have a lot of time when I went to pick it up so they instructed me on everything I could do ahead of time to make the process go more quickly. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. This was truly the most seamless and least frustrating experience I have ever had buying a car. I highly recommend Reydel.
