We needed a 2nd car ASAP as we had just moved to the NJ area. I was after the ID4 and I know it was in demand during these trying pandemic times. We researched a bunch of dealers in the area regarding the ID4 but all said NO and really didn't know when to expect another shipment (that was kind of it with communication) My dealer contact representative (Nav) from Reydel was in constant communication and did everything he could to make the purchase happen. After some back & forth a car became available and we snapped it up. Very smooth process with the presentation of the car and walk through. Would highly recommend.
