In fact I like when they do the inspection and you are right there with them with your vehicle makes you feel included. I also had them check the rear window due to… the 2023 HRV rear window recall they it failed. They kept the car only had it for four days and I just got it back today so they move very quickly on that, and I appreciate that as well. I always have a good experience at Honda with Mike TVery generous

In the past 2 years I have felt that the service department is much slower and are more concerned about the extra services they recommend that… they’ve “found” during your appointment. I will go for my free inspections but will take all my services to a more trusted local mechanic that doesn’t jerk me around or make me wait or “find” issues that aren’t real issues.Hi, we're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location.
