    Travis was our sales representative and he was so efficient and friendly and full of knowledge. He checked in with us yet did not push. He ensured the process was smooth and made sure that I was very happy with the car and aware of all its buttons and features. He is friendly and patient and reassuring.

    I brought my car to Honda and had the oil change and everything went great. In fact I like when they do the inspection and you are right there with them with your vehicle makes you feel included. I also had them check the rear window due to the 2023 HRV rear window recall they it failed. They kept the car only had it for four days and I just got it back today so they move very quickly on that, and I appreciate that as well. I always have a good experience at Honda with Mike T

    Our salesman Erik Faust at Grappone was best and he was very much helpful and very professional He answer all the questions and same time he made us feel comfortable he was very kind and nice we were and are very happy that he met him thank you Erik 🙇🏻‍♀️

    From dropping off and picking up, experience was excellent. Grappone did a multi-point inspection checking everything under hood and under car. No charge and made recommendations on what service would be needed down the road. I used the courtesy shuttle and George was extremely courteous and friendly.

    I’ve been a customer for quite a few years. Prior to that, my fiancé was a customer for 10 years. In the past 2 years I have felt that the service department is much slower and are more concerned about the extra services they recommend that they’ve “found” during your appointment. I will go for my free inspections but will take all my services to a more trusted local mechanic that doesn’t jerk me around or make me wait or “find” issues that aren’t real issues.
