onI’ve been a customer for quite a few years. Prior to that, my fiancé was a customer for 10 years. In the past 2 years I have felt that the service department is much slower and are more concerned about the extra services they recommend that they’ve “found” during your appointment. I will go for my free inspections but will take all my services to a more trusted local mechanic that doesn’t jerk me around or make me wait or “find” issues that aren’t real issues.
