I had an amazing experience at this dealership — the atmosphere was so welcoming, my anxiety drastically disappeared. There was absolutely no fake, over-the-top sales pressure; it felt genuine, like a tight-knit family just ready to help… you find the right car. Shianne, in particular, was incredibly intelligent, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process. If you’re looking for a dealership that actually cares, this is the one.

Bill had been paid!It… was a morning of ,Sorry Sorry Sorry about that Then the tire lite was still on And no one k ew how to click it off!! 5 star rating! Don’t think so!!!Great, Easy Experience!

Our salesperson, Sergio, was not only friendly and helpful in helping us to get the car… we wanted, but he was great with our daughter, even drawing with her when she asked him to. We love the car and would definitely buy another one with Honda West when the time comes.Oil change

by VegasTE on 12/14/2020Brought vehicle in for 3 recalls. Honda West would not provide a loaner as stated on the Honda recall notice. Call taker suggested that "I find another dealer if I wanted a loaner car." I scheduled the service and told it would "take all… day". Waited 20 minutes for ticket writer. About two hours later they called back and said they fixed recalls. They also said that the car needed a new battery (current battery was "aftermarket" as they said). Battery was an Interstate brand that was about a year old. They said the the transmission fluid and power steering fluid needed changing and the radiator needed flushing. They also said cabin filter was "filthy". All of these services had been performed 6,000 miles prior (less than a year before). The cabin filter was pristine. I showed them documentation of the recommended repairs and they tried to discredit the company that made those repairs. They also tried to push me to look at new cars and talk to a salesman, I would NOT recommend Honda West!Always a pleasure

I had an oil and filter change, tire rotation, alignment, and some basic maintenance items. Got in and out in under 2 hours. I've been going to Honda West for… about 15 years now and I'm on my 2nd car bought through them. Very pleasant to deal with.service
