Dealership Service Review
Brought vehicle in for 3 recalls. Honda West would not provide a loaner as stated on the Honda recall notice. Call taker suggested that "I find another dealer if I wanted a loaner car." I scheduled the service and told it would "take all day". Waited 20 minutes for ticket writer. About two hours later they called back and said they fixed recalls. They also said that the car needed a new battery (current battery was "aftermarket" as they said). Battery was an Interstate brand that was about a year old. They said the the transmission fluid and power steering fluid needed changing and the radiator needed flushing. They also said cabin filter was "filthy". All of these services had been performed 6,000 miles prior (less than a year before). The cabin filter was pristine. I showed them documentation of the recommended repairs and they tried to discredit the company that made those repairs. They also tried to push me to look at new cars and talk to a salesman, I would NOT recommend Honda West!
