Always a pleasure

There was no wait, no pressure, didn't take that long, and the service was great! I had an oil and filter change, tire rotation, alignment, and some basic maintenance items. Got in and out in under 2 hours. I've been going to Honda West for about 15 years now and I'm on my 2nd car bought through them. Very pleasant to deal with.
