This was the second vehicle I have purchased from Team Ford and it was a smooth process. I contacted Michael Mercado the contract manager and he set me up with Christopher Rodriguez as my salesman.
Christopher is newer to car sales but he… has a bright future. He is knowledgeable, patient and eager to show you around the lot and help you find what you are looking for. His cool demeanor goes far as you don’t feel pressured and he isn’t making trips back and forth “for a better deal”.
Michael is good people and makes you feel at home. If anything arises either he or Chris will take care of it and give you time frames. Michael is a funny cat and will greet you himself when you see him. He takes his job and customer service seriously. I’d drop by just to catch up!
The Michael and Chris combo at Team Ford is a win and will help you out with your next purchase.

Wonderful Car Shopping Experience

It was a relaxed environment with no pressure or preconceived judgment compared to other dealerships that we had visited. Cory provided excellent customer service and was very… informed with the specific models that we were interested in. With regards to the financial aspect, Bill was patient and explained every option available making the process go smoothly. Took a great amount of time to answer all our questions and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. They were a pleasure… to work with and we ended up with the car we wanted. Our sales rep was Mark Karla 5 stars , dealing with purchase was Jim Jenkins also 5 stars, and rep who actually we 1st contacted that made it possible for us to consider Team Lincoln / Ford was Mike with internet sales 5 stars. If it was not for Mike's being so helpful in answering all questions in beginning we would have driven the 26 miles to their dealership. My wife and I have nothing but thanks to Mike, Mark, and Bill!GREAT SERVICE

Outside Car Warranties Not Worth It

I have a service car warranty with Car Shield so I wanted you to diagnose my transmission and call the warranty company to see if they will honor the contract. They would only pay… for part of the transmission cost which would not cover your cost, so I decided not to do it. You did change my oil. Team Lincoln did what I wanted you to do.
