Outside Car Warranties Not Worth It

Just brought my Lincoln in you to look at my transmission. I have a service car warranty with Car Shield so I wanted you to diagnose my transmission and call the warranty company to see if they will honor the contract. They would only pay for part of the transmission cost which would not cover your cost, so I decided not to do it. You did change my oil. Team Lincoln did what I wanted you to do. The outside car warranty service is a sham. No fault of Team Lincoln. Thanks
