The friendly knowledgable sales reps. They took time to listen to our specific desires for our Aviator. Took a great amount of time to answer all our questions and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. They were a pleasure to work with and we ended up with the car we wanted. Our sales rep was Mark Karla 5 stars , dealing with purchase was Jim Jenkins also 5 stars, and rep who actually we 1st contacted that made it possible for us to consider Team Lincoln / Ford was Mike with internet sales 5 stars. If it was not for Mike's being so helpful in answering all questions in beginning we would have driven the 26 miles to their dealership. My wife and I have nothing but thanks to Mike, Mark, and Bill!
