This was the second vehicle I have purchased from Team Ford and it was a smooth process. I contacted Michael Mercado the contract manager and he set me up with Christopher Rodriguez as my salesman.
Christopher is newer to car sales but he… has a bright future. He is knowledgeable, patient and eager to show you around the lot and help you find what you are looking for. His cool demeanor goes far as you don’t feel pressured and he isn’t making trips back and forth “for a better deal”.
Michael is good people and makes you feel at home. If anything arises either he or Chris will take care of it and give you time frames. Michael is a funny cat and will greet you himself when you see him. He takes his job and customer service seriously. I’d drop by just to catch up!
The Michael and Chris combo at Team Ford is a win and will help you out with your next purchase.

Proof of insurance was a little annoying when I had an insurance card but they still wanted more information like a declaration page. I have bought probably 40 cars between… private and corporation and have never ran across that. Not a big enough issue to reflect poorly overall.my service

He took us immediately showed us the car, offered a test drive then took us inside so we could buy the car. He was very knowledgable, respectful and kind. He told us… all we needed to know then turned us over to finance where James Vidal took over. He made the financing of the car quick, painless and easy. He explained each step to us, what we were signing and why. Both gentlemen made it a wonderful car buying experience and I would recommend both of them to anyone looking to buy a new car.😀😀😀5 stars
