by Isaac U on 10/05/2024This was the second vehicle I have purchased from Team Ford and it was a smooth process. I contacted Michael Mercado the contract manager and he set me up with Christopher Rodriguez as my salesman. Christopher is newer to car sales but he… has a bright future. He is knowledgeable, patient and eager to show you around the lot and help you find what you are looking for. His cool demeanor goes far as you don’t feel pressured and he isn’t making trips back and forth “for a better deal”. Michael is good people and makes you feel at home. If anything arises either he or Chris will take care of it and give you time frames. Michael is a funny cat and will greet you himself when you see him. He takes his job and customer service seriously. I’d drop by just to catch up! The Michael and Chris combo at Team Ford is a win and will help you out with your next purchase.Best experience I’ve had with car shopping!!
by Greg Alan on 09/23/2024So given the current economical times I was looking to trade in a newer vehicle for a used older vehicle with decent price and mileage. Much like everyone else I was skeptical about going to a dealership, given the nightmares we all have… about retail markup prices, getting low balled for trade ins, and the haggling of salesman. When I got to team Ford, the experience changed to a whole different perspective. When I arrived on the lot I was met by Louis, at which time I was fearing the “here we go with the salesman pitch”, however I got the exact opposite. Louis was approachable and basically just told us he was there to help and whatever we wanted to look at, he was there to give us access. I had a few vehicles in mind and within a matter of minutes I was shown the vehicle I would eventually come to purchase. Now given the time of day and it being close to closing for team ford, I wasn’t rushed off the lot and was attended to the whole time, even with the uncertainty of which vehicle I wanted….now fast forward to the next day. I came back to meet Louis and much like the interaction the day before, no stress, no sales pitch, and we went straight to numbers. Now I recognize the business model so I knew I was gonna be upside down by a little in my vehicle and I had a certain price point I wanted to hit. Needless to say Louis and the sales staff were quick to work with me and get me as close as they could to the number I wanted, obviously with a little wiggle room to come to a fair compromise where both my self and team ford would come out with something. This caught me off guard as I was not expecting this. Needless to say they went above and beyond to help me get to my financial vehicle restructure, and never once said the word “we can’t”, instead they said “we will find a way”! I consider myself a loyal customer when I find a business whose interest is both the customer and themselves, and I can say I found it here. If your having doubts about vehicle shopping given the economic times, financial status, or just want to look, check out team fords lot and get to know the people there. Hassle free, just information helping, and to make it better the phrase “we will find a way” should bring you reassurance that your needs and wants in a vehicle can happen when both the business and the consumer actually work together. If your in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend team ford for your next purchase!!STUCK SUNROOF

We had to drive home to NLV but stopped at Team Ford to see if they could help. They were busy but one of the service providers was at least… able to close it so we could drive home ~ didn’t charge us for anything ~ wish I could remember his name 🤗❤️Bait and switch

That one is not available since it was special ordered! But we can custom order one for you… sir”. Bait a switch is cheeseball. Don’t feed this crooked outfit. My time is valuable too….Convenient service

Best experience with Team Ford I have ever had!

She not only took care of the Loaner car but had my paperwork filled out for the work to be done on the… vehicle. She met me outside when I returned and assisted with getting the paperwork and getting my car back to me. She is very good at her job and I felt important. Good experience for the most part

They just pointed towards the lot and said it was out there. Ed checked me in and told me the approximate amount of time it would take for the service. He also gave me the number to call to check on… the status. Danny called me later on the afternoon and told me my car was ready. Because of my positive experience, I will definitely bring my Lincoln back for servicing.Amazing experience and great dealership!
