I think the service team did a great job! Danny scheduled me for a recall servicing and oil change. Ed checked me in and told me the approximate amount of time it would take for the service. He also gave me the number to call to check on the status. Danny called me later on the afternoon and told me my car was ready. Because of my positive experience, I will definitely bring my Lincoln back for servicing.
