Best experience with Team Ford I have ever had!

Karen the Loaner Car Agent. This was the best experience I have ever had and the quickest I have ever gotten in and out of there. She not only took care of the Loaner car but had my paperwork filled out for the work to be done on the vehicle. She met me outside when I returned and assisted with getting the paperwork and getting my car back to me. She is very good at her job and I felt important. Kudos to Karen!
