He listens to me takes any questions or concerns and then has checks on my car to see if I… need anything done other than my general maintenance, always ask me if I have any concerns, always answers every question I have and even shows me pictures of my car if questionable, been going there for five years and always look forward to the next get together!! However, V and the staff updated regarding the status of the vehicle eventhough its short staff. My car is still under… warranty and got my side trim changed. Getting the car back was fast transaction. I would highly recommend it. Thank you so much.Great service and comfortable waiting area

by David L on 03/19/2022I had a light go on my new rx250 which I love turned out I neede a new alternator simple fix in and out same day except there was a national backup on alternators well the team at Lexus of Las Vegas got me a nice loaner car the team… especially Justin my service advisor felt bad for me having to wait a long time to get the part I did get some compensation and I am very happy with the service I received in the care that was given to me thank youEasy

I always feel like a very special person, I feel I am the only person in the building. I also always feel special when my car is finished being… serviced, I am escorted to my car, my service advisor (Javier) walks me around my car, waits for my approval and then hands me my keys like I just bought a new car. I love the way the service department not only services what you ask for but they often look for minor adjustments and makes them, like adding valve stem caps etc. Finally, the car wash is always superb (none anywhere finer), my car always looks like a brand new car when delivered to me in an area that looks like show cars are placed there for sales. I have owned a lexus for 17 years !!Confidence in service
