Lexus of Las Vegas

My experience was great!! It was as it always is comfortable, very warm, very satisfying. I always feel like a very special person, I feel I am the only person in the building. I also always feel special when my car is finished being serviced, I am escorted to my car, my service advisor (Javier) walks me around my car, waits for my approval and then hands me my keys like I just bought a new car. I love the way the service department not only services what you ask for but they often look for minor adjustments and makes them, like adding valve stem caps etc. Finally, the car wash is always superb (none anywhere finer), my car always looks like a brand new car when delivered to me in an area that looks like show cars are placed there for sales. I have owned a lexus for 17 years !!
