I had a light go on my new rx250 which I love turned out I neede a new alternator simple fix in and out same day except there was a national backup on alternators well the team at Lexus of Las Vegas got me a nice loaner car the team especially Justin my service advisor felt bad for me having to wait a long time to get the part I did get some compensation and I am very happy with the service I received in the care that was given to me thank you
