by Howardgrunt on 11/23/2015updated 12/04/2015Bill Chang did all he could do for me to get all 4 wheels fixed, on all 4 wheels the clear coat was coming off I was only out of warranty my 1 month and still was charged $100.00 for the repair, if it was only one wheel I would not say… anything, but when it was all 4 wheels and when I did saw it I brought it in they said it was OUT OF WARRENTY for only one month, this did not happen over night. I thank Billy for helping me, but I am not happy with Chevrolet's customer service.November 2015 Service

Job Well Done
by No_Drama on 11/23/2015Being disabled from Lou Gehrigs Disease makes it hard to communicate, walk, etc. It's a relief knowing I can email Slim and my needs will be taken care of as efficiently as possible. He is always busy, but takes the time needed to assist me… and insure that I'm being taken care of. He and his coworkers are all friendly and professional. Slim adds that personal touch and continues to show me reasons why I should choose Findlay for all of my service needs, as well as my new truck purchase.Thank you for writing this great review! Great customer service

Don found a nail in the tire and fixed it free of charge. He also fixed a recall on power steering at the same time… that the oil was changing. Great customer service and very fast. Would recommend Findlay Chevy service department to others.Thank you for leaving us this great review! We are glad Don could get your car all fixed up and back on the road in no time. My only concern was how did a oil leak slip through a car that was certified? As well as the transmission coil defective?… Overall, all was repaired.
