Battery Concern & Resolution

My concerns were eased when I was informed that I still had warranty coverage for the battery which I was having a problem with.I was also advised about upcoming service which matched what the vehicle was alerting me about through the automated system.I was assisted by Benny from the service counter who was a good listener & genuinely cared about my troubles.I wasn't just a number to be called.
