Being disabled from Lou Gehrigs Disease makes it hard to communicate, walk, etc. It's a relief knowing I can email Slim and my needs will be taken care of as efficiently as possible. He is always busy, but takes the time needed to assist me and insure that I'm being taken care of. He and his coworkers are all friendly and professional. Slim adds that personal touch and continues to show me reasons why I should choose Findlay for all of my service needs, as well as my new truck purchase.
