by Jaz1117 on 10/08/2015Carlos and the guys in service were amazing... I called and asked if I could bring the car in due to there being an issue with the charging system. I could not get there before 5:30 and I understood what time the facility closes. Carlos… assisted me right away upon arrival. He made sure to explain that he may not be able to fix my issue due to the time constraint. He got my battery on the machine and had it tested. He said the results could take up to 2 hours to register... Luckily the battery didn't take long to compute as bad. He had a new one installed and had me on my way before 6 pm. I want to say thanks again to Carlos and the guys in service for taking time away from the nightly duties to make sure a girl could get to work in the morning.Thank you so much for your review! by djduane351 on 09/22/2015I brought my vehicle in for recommended oil change and tire rotation. I was attended in a fast a very courteous way. Overall I had a great experience. I was asked if I wanted my vehicle washed for which I said yes. However I think maybe… next time I will decline as my vehicle came back with more finger prints and smeared glass than before it was washed. My recent service
by bips44 on 08/01/2015It was quick and easy. My only very small complaint is that you keep on changing things such as where do I go when I first arrive. Now it's back to the office on the side wall and not in the service area as was the prior place. This led to… the representative not realizing that I was a VIP customer.Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. Our customers are our greatest asset and we value your business. Great Experience
by edmoran on 06/28/2015The experience started great while we were at the dealership. Once we left the lot our car had some AC and acceleration issues. We took the car back and were immediately taken care of. Everybody involved ( Ed, George, Jorge and the manager)… were very friendly, helpful and genuine. The took a potentially bad experience and made it a great one.We appreciate your kind words, Edmoran. Rude, inconsiderate
by porsche944 on 06/24/2015I requested a price bid through AAA in August 2012, three years ago. Several car dealers responded, including Findlay Chevrolet. I purchased my new car through a different dealer. Since 2012 I receive weekly auto dialed robo calls from… Findlay Chevrolet trying to sell me a car. They call me at dinnertime. They called me when I resting from surgery and needed my rest. Every time they call I tell them to stop calling me but the calls keep coming. When I complained to three different managers all I get is they are just doing their jobs and that they have no way of knowing when I eat dinner or if I had surgery. Is their job to harass people who tell them to stop calling? This dealership is full of rude inconsiderate people and I would NEVER purchase a car from them. None of the other dealers who responded to the AAA online referral continued to call me after I told them I had already purchased my new car, only Findlay Chevrolet.I am sorry to hear about your experience, Alan. They washed our car too, only on the outside though, but can't complain for a free car wash. The car is leaking oil a tiny, tiny bit. First class experience

Then I came to the showroom to pick it up that night. The experience that I received was… the best that in the two years that I've had my Cruze and this was just my first visit to Findlay!
