    Purchasing a new vehicle is normally a stressful endeavor for me, i did a lot of research before contacting any sales people regarding different vehicles from multiple manufacturers. When I did reach out to dealers you get multiple emails and phone messages, I was contacted by Luis and we worked together on vehicles and timing issues, I was comfortable immediately with his knowledge and patience, he helped me with all my questions and locating the exact vehicle I had researched. The day we purchased the new car everything went seamlessly, everyone we dealt with were professional and courteous. We would like to thank everyone that was involved in our transaction!

  • Moving ... In for one final visit

    Brought in my over 14-year-old Honda for 100,000 mile service on a Saturday. Kayla informed me that the issues I had mentioned on the phone were not in the reservation and each issue had its own diagnostic fee. Kayla observed I had a computer bag and let me know that I could use a desk (table), or go to the waiting room, while I waited for the car. After I moved to the receiving area to continue a meeting, Kayla saw me, asked if I needed anything and offered me water. The dealership was clean and I observed touch up sanitation occurring to areas where customers waited. It was nice that my service advisor from many years ago saw me and said hello. Only minor points: I was twice told that the dealer did not have history on any service, since I had not been used them in years. I did not need a reminder. The waiting room is next to a door that leads to the outside. I ducked out for a meeting only to be informed that the area was for employees only. An “employees only beyond this point” sign should be on the door. One employee used an expletive in jest at another employee in a public area. Unprofessional behavior.

    The scheduled maintenance and oil change was done relatively quickly, probably because I told my service manager, Roger Asel, that I don't live in Vegas any longer but have a lot of appointments to do here today. He got it all done in record time and even took the time to research a how-to question he determined I needed to know (and I did need to know it.) I also appreciated the free car-wash they always give me.

    Super efficient process! I like how the techs were able to send me pictures in real time to determine if I’d like to replace anything they noticed along the way. I was there for an oil change, and got a complimentary car wash too 😊. Deijah is the sales person who sold us our two cars and we are so happy we switched to Honda!! Bye bye Toyota 👋 So far, we’re VERY happy here!

  • Autonation Honda CANNOT fix oil leaks

    Horrible! Took my truck back in February for a leak. The “repaired” it. Noticed oil smell in vents still and would check driveway n underneath just in case. Wasn’t until just last week I noticed the leak again on same area. Took it again and now it’s the “valve cover gaskets”. I don’t trust these guys anymore so I took it to an independent ASE certified shop. They stated it’s not the valve cover gaskets despite the picture dictating supposed leak. I have already contacted Autonations corporate office and am waiting their call back. Do yourself a favor and do NOT bring your vehicle to autonation honda East Las Vegas for service. Your welcome in advance. Update. It has been 6 months now since my first visit here. PLEASE do NOT take your vehicle here for service! They strive to sell you the extended waranty and cannot fix your issues. I have included the copies of the invoices. Please note the orange highlights which show that they were quoting me $1036 to replace and reseal the valve cover gaskets but when they were on the hook for it it only cost them $277.41 and it did NOT fix the issue. The green highlights show the ford repair(resealing the timing cover at autonation honda) the the last repair attempt (auto nation Buick). Honda stated they resealed the timing cover and Buick stated it may be leaking from the timing cover. I reached out to Corprate (8/11/23)and Eric reached out to me (8/12/23). He and I both discussed the situation and said he would pass this off to Armando and I would hear from him or Armando by hopefully monday(8/14/23). It is now Friday (8/18/23). I am done with this place as a whole since even Corprate can’t do anything to hold their employees accountable. Again PLEASE do yourself a favor and AVOID AUTONATION COMPLETELY. If for some reason you cannot at least avoid the extended warranties since you can see I have taken my vehicle 4 times in the last months and they cannot fix a leak. It’s almost as if they are just trying random tricks to get it right

Is there not a direct number? Please note I have already conversed/dealt with Vincent as well as Eric there and have not been able to resolve this ongoing issue.

    I went to go get a few simple things done, change oil and rotate tires, a simple job. I believe his name was Devon who helped me out the whole time I was there, and told me how things would go down and they kept me updated with photos of what they were doing with the car. Great service, great helper, and not to bad of a wait either, 5 stars!

  • Dishonesty

    I went in and asked to get a diagnostic done on a noise the van was making. I was told it was the alternator and it would cost about $1200. (I recently had the alternator changed from another mechanic. I went on a long trip and back and the van didn’t give me problems) They said the noise was due to the alternator not being an original part. I let them change it out to a Honda original part and they did. It was not until after I paid that I was told a second noise was found. When I get the Van, it had the same exact noise. I tell them about it. I take it back to them. Then they send me a text saying it was the belt tensioner. That they replaced it at no extra cost to me. (My mechanic changed it out and it was still under warranty. I did. It give permission for them to change it) It was never the alternator. It was was the belt tensioner.

    Was very happy to see that the renovation was completed at the East LV location. I was greeted promptly and my service advisor checked my daughter's vehicle. The wait was about 2 hours, which wasn't too bad considering what needed to be done on the vehicle. My service advisor explained everything that was completed and what needed to be done soon. My visit went very smooth!
