  • Will not payoff TRADE IN!!

    I traded in my Honda accord and bought a Honda Pilot in July, and we are now in November the dealership underpaid my trade in by $96 and I sent emails and calls to the finance person and manager about it and they have promised me a resolution but that has not happened and now it's on my credit report.

    Service Advisor was Nathalie who gave excellent service on our 2020 Honda CRV. Had Synthetic Oil Change, Brake Fluid Change and also checked AC. The service took less than 2 hours and Nathalie explained what was done.

  • Regular service visit, noisy waiting area

    Everything was perfect with the service on my car. My only less-than-perfect comments are about the waiting area, which is probably trivial. The music being pumped in was pounding techno rock, and there were comfy chairs in the room with the TV which had something inane on. I wanted to work in a quiet environment with my laptop. Finally went into the kids room, (which had no kids at the time - perfect!)

  • Very Satisfying Experience

    Arrived for appointment early, and they accepted my vehicle. Service advisor Mkahela met me and reviewed what was going to happen that day and offered to service a recall I had no idea about. I asked her a few questions regarding my service plan and coupons to which she explained in perfect detail. I was also very pleased with her friendly nature and natural tendency to follow through on anything I needed. Mhakela gave me a timeline, offered a ride if I needed it, and showed me to a couple different places to relax should I choose to stay (which I did). Never have I had a service appointment so welcoming. Well done AutoNation East.

  • Trade in

    Before going to the dealer to trade in your car, check other options because the people taking care of the trade in offer for your car, they just go for minimum, I was asking for the blue book trade in value, and they said blue book does not count, the sales person they are OK, when you buy car the finance department sales to you an extended warranty, one of the warranty they offer it is aftermarket warranty they said works the same as Honda care, but when you cancel the warranty they just give the phone number of the warranty company, and you have to deal with the warranty company and wait almost two months to get your many back, I am not going back to this Autonation honda dealer, even when you ask how to cancel the extended warranty they ask to many questions, like why do you want to cancel the warranty, check other options before going to this dealer, I just bought a car from here it was the only dealer at the moment with the car I needed.

  • Long wait

    The people were great—friendly, helpful, and attentive. I spent about an hour between test driving the car and learning how to operate all the features. They were thorough in the process. But after deciding to buy it took an additional four hours if just sitting there to get the paperwork processed and out the door. They had other customers and kept saying someone would be with me in just a couple minutes but then I’d sit for an hour before anyone came. An hour for someone to look at my trade in value, an hour to fill out the sales papers. An hour for the finance guy to get ready for me…. That seemed excessive especially since I had a two hour drive to get back home that night. Other than that they were great.

  • Bad Communication and Lies

    The most unprofessional experience I have ever had in the process of cancelling a plan in their store & almost ever in poor communication and lies. I needed to get rid of my GAP a few days after purchasing a car form AutoNation East Honda Las Vegas. The person on the phone advised me to come in as it was the only process. this was further affirmed by the person I spoke with. Turns out they lied to me and wasted many many hours of my valuable time. It could be you if you shop here and need to make changes to your loan. They told me I couldn't process it unless I had an account number. I come back 2 days later when my account number lands in my email(keep in mind, they said I had to go in and sign), I ask to speak with any financial rep. many of which are walking around not helping anybody. The guy at the front desk insisted I wait for one particular person. The one that had already been helping me even though I didn't need her in particular and she had her hands full helping someone the entire 3 hours I was there. After every possible staff member walking past me for 3 hours, somebody finally came and gave me a phone number and said to call after business hours to cancel the plan. I was livid. They knew why I was there the entire time but did not even attempt to help, as it turns out. I am always very busy and limited on free time. To spend it there waiting for nothing was dreadful, disrespectful, and demeaning. I am a valued customer and deserve the same dignity as everybody there whether I was cancelling a plan or not. They may have been just trying to waste my time to coerce me into keeping the plan even further or something. That is terrible. I will be taking this to the higher ups for review. I want to ensure they don't do this horrible of a job with anybody else again. I will not be buying from here in the future.

    Sales people are friendly and extremely helpful! I was able to get my hands on the car I wanted with the exact trim and color I wanted. Would totally recommend to anymore wanting to buy their cars!

  • Amazing service - Roger and Devon!

    I had a battery issue with my Honda Civic, I made my appointment with Lisa (?) for service the same day which was smooth and easy. Dropped the car off with Roger. He called me very soon after dropping it off after replacing the battery and pointed out some other issues with the vehicle that needed to be addressed. I was able to pick up the vehicle within a couple of hours. Upon pick up, Devon, who was not assigned to assist me, still helped me promptly and brought my car out come even though he didn’t have to. Honda east went above and beyond, great team.

  • Fair pricing

    I believe I got a fair deal on my new Honda accord. This dealership has been more upfront about pricing in the past. I would have appreciated a little less haggling and probably is the reason I will stop buying vehicles in person someday. Make sure the vehicle you buy has wibdow tint. The salesman told me the vehicle would be tinted but after they sold it to me they did not honor that statment and i am on the holl for the tint. Little things like that can give a dealership a bad reputation fast.

    the original person I had contacted re: the purchase of my HR-V was not there when I went to pick up the car - he had tried to contact me but I missed the call. However, the person (Pepe) who I did talk to was great, very helpful, and made the experience a very nice experience. I've dealt with you folks for nearly 30 years and see no reason to make a change. Thank you for all the great service over the years. Pepe is great - a real keeper.

    Came in with a strange sound, and the service department fixed everything, because still under warranty. Every time we use the service department, we leave happy. So much better than Toyota down the road. I recommend buying a Honda over Toyota because of the great service we get at Auto Nation.
